I would rate this place as -1 if I could. They delivered an order to my workplace on Thursday and called me and paged me all over the place. The funny thing is I wasn't even at my work place, neither have I ever been to this place or ordered from them. A co-worker signed for me and told me the next day. The order receipt has a couple of my co-workers' names on it, but none of them had a clue about the order! It also has the correct business address and phone number. The order has been paid for with a credit card. The receipt has the last 4 digits of the number. Needless to say, this mysterious order got us all worried. We were especially concerned about some sort of credit card fraud. When I called them, the owner of the store was extremely rude. She said she couldn't give me the name on the credit card based on the last 4 digits, which is totally understandable. When I asked her if I could give her my name so that she could tell if it was the same, she said no. When I asked her the name of the person who placed the order, she hung up the phone on me. Basically she had no interest to learn anything about this mysterious order, and had no patience to listen to me about the situation. Her attitude was there was absolutely NOTHING she could do to help me out, and that I need to call my credit card company. Why would I call my credit card company if it was not my problem? The 4 digits didn't match the cards in my wallet but I told her I also had cards at home and I didn't even know who to call!
Finally I contacted our HR department. Puzzled and bothered by this mysterious order, our HR manager called them again trying to figure out the situation. Again the owner of the store offered no help whatsoever, she even said that all of their orders on Thursday was already deleted and not available, which sounds really weird. Our HR manager finally asked if she could recall if there was anybody called them again asking for delivery of the same order, she reluctantly told him to call her back later. Late on Friday, the HR manager told me that the store messed up the order. It was from another business and they put the wrong address there. But I still don't understand how my name and my coworkers names got on it, as we have never ordered from them.
Anyway, the point is, not only their mistake cost me and my coworkers hours from our busy schedule, but they showed no empathy and offered no help whatsoever to us for the problems they have caused! I would never do any business with them. The truth is, if they mess up your order or you have any service issue with them, chances are you are stuck and left alone, and would probably get hung up if you dare asking...
Read moreLet me say first that Adam and ESPECIALLY Shanterri were the epitome of OUTSTANDING customer service! I placed an order online through the JJ website for delivery. I understand that delivery is outsourced to Uber Eats. The UE driver picked up the wrong order. And apparently is using someone else's UE driver's account. The ticker said "Brook T." Yet it was a Male who TF picked up the order and delivered the wrong one. Shanterri on the other hand was so kind and professional with me (Adam too) but Shanterri went above and BEYOND the call of duty to make sure I recieved my proper order and in a timely manner. It is so rare in the customer service industry to have workers who actually care about their appreciative customers' well being and satisfaction, and not commit to work ONLY to collect a paycheck.. These two workers deserve an accolade, raise, or comforting security and support from their leadership team. Workers like Shanterri and Adam are quintessentially how you get, keep, maintain and grow your clientele. It's such a breath of fresh air to recieve wonderful service. Thank you again so much for helping me make an otherwise bad experience turn into the most pleasant and appreciative one ever! May peace and prosperity cover those two young people throughout their days. They're definitely on the right track to success...
Read moreThis place absolutely is atrocious. With the way they handle phone calls, or the long wait on a delivery. I’ve been ordering from this Jimmy Johns for years now. Underneath new management it just get worse and worse. From not having enough bread to having anything at all.The general manager Chanel is absolutely rude when I was talking to her on the phone. I do not understand how a business like this treat their customers like this. Half of the employees do not have their masks covering their faces as well. The bread is always so hard and look like Little Johns. I’m paying $6.35 for a sandwich that looks like a sandwich that cost $3.18. They’re always short staff which I understand, but to lie to me about my order leaving out the front door but see it 55 minutes later is absolutely unacceptable. Once I do receive my order the driver said, “ sorry it is not my fault my boss said only take two deliveries at a time”. Even pizza places do not do this. The management is rude, and the staff are rude. No one greets me at the front door. The establishment is filthy dirty from dust falling from the ceiling, or dirty floors and tables. I do not recommend anyone and I mean ANYONE to waste their hard earned money on this...
