They have one of the biggest and most varied breakfast menus around, and a good selection of lunch choices. Service is fast and friendly. The coffee isn't gourmet level, but it's okay. (Once in a while the coffee is excellent—maybe the roasters just delivered it or something.) They serve eggs fried, scrambled, and in omelets—with a wide range of trimmings. If you want to substitute something lower-carb for bread and potatoes, you can get a good portion of steamed vegetables—where other places typically give you a couple of slices of tomato.
