Disrespectful and rude to black customers. I've gone 3 times and each time I've had bad experiences. The lady is extremely unfriendly and cold. The first 2 times I tried to engage her but she just stared and waited for me to order. The 3rd time, there was a white couple who came in and she was so friendly. Gave them a box and answered questions. When I go in, she just stares at me and tries to rush me out. She jams my pastries in a bag and smashes the lemon pastry. I ordered enough to have a box but she put it all in a bag and mentally calculated 8 pastries that all have different prices. Didn't provide an itemized receipt and it was 5 dollars shy of the previous couple who had 2 boxes. The pastries are fine, but the service is so off-putting. From looking at other reviews now, the ones who are sharing bad experiences are all black. Thats very telling.

This is an authentic French bakery that will transport you. The croissants come stuffed with different fillings: chocolate, almond, pistachio, strawberry, raspberry, and combinations thereof. There are also mouth watering savory pastries such as mushroom and truffle oil and ham and brie. Go early before they sell out!

Beautiful little bakery. We loved the little custard tart, tasted like a slightly sweeter Portuguese egg tart with really flaky pastry. Kougin Amann was slightly drier/breadier than other versions that I’ve had, but my toddler really liked it. All the pastries looked delightful.

I wanted to try this place for a while due to the reviews and I finally remembered when they opened and to my surprise, I was unimpressed. I ordered several pastries to try and all tasted like it was made yesterday, not fresh. Maybe I thought I went on a bad day, but after eating my 3rd pastry and having the same thought, unlikely. Also, the cashier charged me extra when I brought it her attention. It was a bit complicated to get a refund on the card so they gave the difference in cash. They should have a proper register instead of trying to calculate in their heads of what...

Please note…this is not a full bakery. It is a baker’s shop where they are kind enough to let us step into their world and get some of the freshest and most amazing assortment of what the best local ingredients can make. Everything is sinfully delicious, both the savory and the sweet, and they have good flourless/gluten free options as well. My favorite is always the chocolate almond croissant, though I had a leek and gruyere croissant this time that had me wanting more! The double chocolate cookie...
