This is the worst pizza delivery. I ordered my pizza at 10:36pm on Friday June 22nd. I did not get my pizza till 11:57pm. My dominos tracker said the driver left at 10:52.. why does it take a whole hour to get to my house?! When I called the actual restaurant at 11:15pm the manager said the driver is dropping off other pizzas so he will be there and for me to "wait a few minutes he will be there". Okay. Patiently waiting. Then I received a message through my app saying to enjoy my pizza at 11:27?? But still no pizza. I gave it till 11:40pm. Called the restaurant THREE TIMES after being hung up on. Then finally as I get in the car to call one more time the manager picks up the phone and says "he is on his way his way just a few more minutes be patient" excuse me? You don't tell a customer to be patient. You apologize for the inconvenience? I asked her again how long it will take because I have been waiting and this is ridiculous. She said "just wait a few minutes more he is on the way. Okay? Okay bye." Then hung up. As I was about to turn on my car I see a car drive up. It's the driver. He sits there for about two minutes as I am wondering if that's my pizza. I get a call and it's him. He hops out of the car and walks up to my and says "sorry I had a hard time finding you and your apartment" dude you just pulled up? How are you having a hard time? Then gives me the pizza. Overall. Dominos is fast and easy. DELIVERY SUCKS. PICK....

Rude, slow, refused delivery to door I've tried 2 weeks in a row to order pizza for my gf after she had surgery and is unable to drive or walk without crutches. I ordered pizza at 9:02 pm and at 10:45pm the online update said "pizza is on it's way" *(still) even though it left the location at 9:45 according to the online system. Called 3 times and the rude lady said "ignore the app, it's on it's way" and last week they gave me the phone number of the driver because he never called and we thought he was lost. I live in Vegas, so ordering online to Berkeley should be simple. I order from different domino's in So-Cal and Vegas weekly with no problems EVER. This driver called, at 10:52 and I couldn't hear him. He was mumbling and or had bad service and I asked him 3 times to repeat what he said and his answer was "I don't like the way you are talking so I'm NOT delivering to the door. I told him my gf was on crutches and couldn't carry a pizza up the steps from the street and he said "well then cancel your order, I'm not delivering it." So, I called the store for the 4th time and the same "manager" said that they aren't obligated to deliver to the door. BEWARE if you don't want to wait 2 hours for a pizza, especially if you can't walk outside, these people don't care about customers. They are unorganized and answer with an angry tone every time because they can't handle a busy night. ...
Read moreThe usual Dominoes array. But you have to watch this place. They stick in mystery add'l charges of a coupla' bucks, sometimes replace ordered items unasked, etc.
UPDATE: Recently while online at home, Dominos alerted me that I had 'earned' a free pizza! I've been a frequent customer, so have bought a lot of 'em. Later, I happened to be near this one, so I went in to order. But was told I had to do so online or my phone. When I used my phone it appeared as though it was going to charge me, so i checked with the desk. He showed me a big red button saying Redeem Free Pizza, so i hit that. Then I sat there waiting... for about 45 minutes, while they made pizza after pizza. I finally checked with him at the counter again. He wondered what I might want. I reminded him that he had helped me order a pizza. He said he hadn't known why i was waiting there. Sure enough, my pizza had been sitting ready for some time. But he wanted me to pay for it.
I just left it there and walked out. Could there BE any worse "customer service"!
I'm downgrading this place...
