Long story short: I don’t even know where to begin with how incredible my experience at Jenna In White was. I want to shout this place out from the rooftops and tell everyone about it! 1000000% recommend! Jenna and Heather made me feel so special, and I found the dress of my dreams.

Here are all the details I really loved: I had visited two bridal boutiques prior to making an appointment with Jenna In White and didn’t have a great experience at either. Not a single dress I tried on had made me feel even close to being a bride, and I started feeling really discouraged about the whole process. I scheduled an appointment online and next day THE Jenna herself (I was starstruck) called me to confirm the appointment and ask about my vision. I picked a Friday accidentally not knowing that there was an appointment fee, and even though it went toward the dress, my previous experience left me nervous to spend more money on an appointment just to be disappointed. I expressed this to Jenna and asked if she had any openings that same day so I could avoid the fee (which looking back I would HAPPILY pay). I told her that I didn’t need much time and she could “squeeze me in” and we could go through dresses quickly since I’d be coming alone, but she stopped me and said that there is absolutely no need to rush and this should be a really special moment for me. She was able to book me in that day and kept saying, “I know we have your dress here!” The new appointment time also made it possible for my sister to come! As soon as we walked in, we were met with Heather and Jenna. We felt immediately welcomed and Jenna started pulling out the most BEAUTIFUL dresses. I felt so HEARD and taken care of. Heather was amazing as she helped me in and out of dresses, pointing out all the beautiful details and ways the dresses complemented me. She knew what I wanted before I did- she is THAT good. I felt comfortable, laughed so much, and truly felt like a bride for the first time. One thing I really liked was that I didn’t have to walk around to show my sister the dresses after trying them on. Heather would put each dress on my with such ease (also NO SHAPEWEAR!! I came wearing a body suit and Heather was like “nope, with these dresses you will not need it and SHE WAS SO RIGHT!! I’d never felt so confident) and then all I had to do was turn around and she’d open the curtain. It made the process so seamless and easy- the shop is truly designed with their customers in mind. The prices!!! Not only did I get my perfect dress, but it was also below budget even with some exciting additions! Heather also found the most perfect veil...

This is the first time ive ever wrote a review publicly, but i had to write about my amazing experience with my consultant shana and all the ladies there. Jenna is kind, knowledgeable, and as sweet as pie. I grew up watching bridal shows, reading bridal magazines and talking about the details of my special day when it came to be. Years later i started working in a bridal salon and fell in love with the romance of weddings, bridal dress knowledge and trends. I helped many women find their perfect dress for their special day and always wondered when or if id ever get the chance myself. Well that day finally came and i went from dreaming about what it would be like to actually being a bride in search for my perfect dress. Working bridal i went to numerous bridal expos and had the privilege of meeting some of these ladies. I wanted the same experience of shopping with my important ladies and finding the perfect dress. I had gone a few places before going there but knew i had to go there, it was my kleinfelds. When i called for the first time i explained what kind of dress i wanted and my future consultant described a dress that sounded perfect for me. When i walked in i was kindly greeted and shown the dress, i knew in my heart before even trying it on "it was the one". I officially said yes to a custom jenna in white dress and i couldnt be happier , Ive cried everytime ive put it on. It was everything i ever wanted. I wish i could give them more then 5 stars, they found my dress ive been dreaming about since i was a child. It was such an amazing experience...

I found Jenna In White during my journey of finding the elusive “perfect dress”. I arrived for my appointment and was welcomed in by Amber and Jenna. Amber was immediately so comforting to speak to. The Jenna In White team began asking questions to get a feel for the venue and my style. Before getting into specifics, Jenna pulled out a dress for me and we picked out a few others together. Amber helped me into the dress that Jenna had pulled first and we continued chatting about our common interests which we discovered within minutes. After the big reveal to my mom, we discussed how surprisingly beautiful the dress was. Jenna captured the essence of the venue and had an eye for what looked good based on my physique. It was feminine and edgy at the same time. I couldn’t believe it. After a few minutes of deliberation, we tried on the other dresses but I still had the first one in my head. Amber helped me in to the first dress again and picked out a gorgeous veil to go along with it. This was easily my top contender. I explained how I was surprised at how I felt in the dress but that I had another appointment to go to that evening. They both understood and did not pressure me in making a decision then and there. I appreciated that they were relaxed and let me have time to think about if this was my dress. Needless to say, I still had that one in my head the next day. I texted Amber to schedule another appointment and the rest is history.

TLDR Jenna and Amber have a great eye and make dress shopping fun and stress free.
