Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Berkley

I usually order delivery- but past couple orders I’ve ordered from here it’s been wrong. I’m not usually one to complain but I noticed every time I order from this particular hungry howies something wrong- the most recent ,I ordered garlic herb crust along with butter cheese- NO OTHER HUNGRY HOWIES HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS. But seems every time I order from this one I never get it or the garlic herb taste like they did one turn over of the shaker. I called up to the establishment and even verified asking “hey is my pizza made with...etc” person on the phone said it was good. I then I got my food and my pizza was burnt and wrong. I could have called back up there but I didn’t because I was just told via phone call that my pizza “looks very delicious” from an employee verifying that it was made right when it wasn’t . So you can see my frustration. Even though this is closest to me I don’t think I’m ever going to order from here- they stills owe me a three cheeses bread that they messed up on asked about it they said they needed a receipt... interesting because you told me you would “note” it...

I placed an order for pick-up and experienced poor customer service because I was not acknowledged when I entered the store and it took longer than usual to be assisted. I said hello twice because I saw black curly hair and a hat....maybe it was attached to a pumpkin in the back that I couldn't see because no one responded. I opened the door again in hopes that maybe the door chime wasn't heard by the employees, then through the small door window, I saw a guy come from somewhere in the back and he sat down. It was before 9pm, so I knew they weren't closing, so I said hey, how y'all doin, and a few moments after, I was then able to be assisted and retrieved my order.

The wings were cooked well and I noticed the consistency with seasoning. My son enjoyed the Mac n cheese pizza; however, I was not a fan because it tasted like boxed mac-n cheese on a pizza.

Let start here I originally attempted to order using the customer service one line ordering service I was disconnected in between placing my order which prompted me to call back and press option two to be in contact with the store itself. I placed my order and head over to the store; LESSON #1 TO SELF- CHECK THE ORDER

While driving I start feeling nauseous; , I was riding with an Italian sub meat only no vegetables, however I am a vegan. I ordered the veggie sub. DISGUSTED during the ride home to open it and be angry with myself! FULL OF MEAT NO VEGGIES
