This is the only bad Chick-fil-A I've ever been to and I've been to many across the country. Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service and their employees saying, "My pleasure." Don't expect that at this Chick-fil-A. I asked for two extra bowls and forks so I could split a mac and cheese side among my children, but the employees really didn't like that request. I've done the same thing at Chick-fil-A's in California, Utah, Texas, Virginia and never got any pushback, but apparently that raised a red flag at this Chick-fil-A. I asked them why they couldn't give them to me and they said it would mess up their inventory. I guess that means that at this Chick-fil-A they count all their bowls, cups, utensils, etc. every night and if it doesn't align with how many they received minus how many they sold, they go out of business based on their reactions. They kept asking other people if it was okay, and the third or fourth person they asked said it was fine, which shocked everyone else working at this location. Every other Chick-fil-A in the country I've been to in the country doesn't do things this way, but this one is really special and is very particular about their inventory. If you're going to this Chick-fil-A don't ask for anything special, you might ruin their precious inventory system and run them out of business. After the "fight" for two extra bowls and forks, I forgot to remind them that they hadn't given me the sauce I asked for, but they probably wouldn't have given it to me even if I had reminded them. I don't know if they give away sauce at this location. They might have to call Chick-fil-A headquarters to get...
Read moreI really want to like this location since it is close to me but after coming two times, both times my order was wrong. First time I gave them the benefit of being newly opened and then the second time I went yesterday, same thing except the whole dining experience was a bit off.
Went to sit in, ordered two sandwich meals. They first bring out a 30 ct nugget in which we returned and told them it wasn’t ours we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and reg chicken sandwich. In which they apologized and quickly brought a spicy sandwich out for me however I ordered the meal... I told them I ordered the meal And if I could get more chik fil a sauce (they gave me 1) and he returns back with my fries but no sauce... fine.
Then he brings out the reg chicken sandwich meal and I noticed both our sandwiches were soggy and just didn’t look like the usual quality of sandwiches chik-Fil-a provides.
Then as we are sitting there chit chatting and working on my fries, one of the employees asked if they could clear our trays (we had a tray that was done meanwhile I had my own tray that I was still working on the fries) so I figured he would just take the tray that was sitting by the edge of the table. Instead he takes both trays, even the one that I was working on that still had fries. I’m not sure why either because he clearly seen us talking and me eating my fries when jumping in to clear the trays.
Overall the service is lacking and as other users mention, the drive thru lines are always ridiculously long so I always end up just walking...
Read moreChick-fil-A is consistently one of my favorite fast-food spots, and it’s easy to see why. From the moment you pull in, the service is next-level friendly — employees genuinely seem happy to help, which makes a huge difference when you’re in a hurry or just grabbing a quick meal.
The chicken sandwiches are the obvious highlight: perfectly seasoned, juicy, and served on a soft, buttered bun. The waffle fries are addictive — crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and just salty enough to pair with their signature Chick-fil-A sauce. I also love their breakfast menu; the chicken biscuit is a total game-changer if you’re starting the day on the go.
The drive-thru is usually very efficient, even during busy hours. Staff tend to move quickly without making you feel rushed, and orders almost always come out exactly right. The dining area is clean and organized, which is rare for fast food, and they maintain a surprisingly welcoming atmosphere even when it’s crowded.
Pricing is fair for the quality and portion sizes, and they’ve got good options for salads, wraps, and sides if you want something lighter. One minor downside is that some locations can get busy during lunch or weekend mornings, but the speed of service usually makes up for it.
Overall, Chick-fil-A nails the combination of great food, friendly service, and convenience. Whether you’re on the road, grabbing lunch with friends, or just craving a classic chicken sandwich, this place almost...
