Yesterday morning I was waiting to check out. A cashier saw me waiting and didn't intend to come over to help me. But she helped the person behind me to check out. Another older cashier came to check me out for a while later. She said to me "HAVE A SICK DAY" after done. What kind of attitude made her said that to a customer? You should set up some limits when hireling. I have been shopping in this store for several years.The experience has been good Every single time. I hope there is right people to work . Then I went to Burlington. Everyone is nice there. This is the correct and normal atmosphere for shopping. Are those two cashiers spies from next door. If so, congratulations on getting your bonus. LoL

I am happy to have this team of people in my neighborhood. I appreciate your service and the effort to keep the store neat and clean. The cashiers are the best, they are extremely helpful and pleasant. 7/31/2022 at around 3:00-4:00PM the entire crew was on point with waiting on clients. I personally appreciate the personalized touches, the eye contact and the small talks. This team is definitely leading the way in how they make their clients feel. Today, I am grateful to have this business in my neighborhood and to be able to have the resources to be in the store to encounter the ways of be served well. Thanks 🙏

Be careful when buying makeup or food/drink products here!!! I bought tea and facial serum today, I opened the tea when j got home and the bag inside was torn open and half of the 50 teabags were missing. The facial serum was still taped shut on top but I noticed the bottom was retaped and when I took it out there was hair wrapped around the bottle and it looked used. So gross. Won't be going back.

I bought tea and facial serum today, I opened the tea when j got home and the bag inside was torn open and half of the 50 teabags were missing. I went to Marshalls today around 2:30p. I got checked out my a 30s maybe youngish mid sized blonde haired man and he started off very polite chatting about things I bought. Then he got super pushy about signing me up for a credit card. I was sat there waiting to check out saying no multiple times until he FINALLY checked me out. IDk if that’s their training but having to say no more than once is aggravating he asked me at-least four times and each reason I gave was never good enough. I had to tell a personal reason to finally get him to stop asking. …Get it together and pay these workers more or something so they don’t have to depend on the commission they get from opening credit cards…definitely dodging him...

Came today to purchase some items for my vacation, I pick a few pieces went to the register to pay for it. The cash register representative was nice and friendly, but she was so busy talking to another employee, that she forgot to take the sensor off my sandals. When I called back to the store Suzie pick up the phone, when I explain her the situation she apologized, and she told Me to come back to take the sensor off or I can go to any other marshals to take care of this business. If it was some other days beside The day that I am going on vacation and being busy packing I will have no problem with that. I am very unhappy. I guess I’m going to leave my sandals at home.
