I am very disappointed with my visit at this location. I called earlier in the day Saturday morning to let them know a group of 17-20 people were coming in later around 4pm and asked if it was okay to bring cupcakes because we were celebrating my boyfriends birthday. Who ever I spoke with said it was okay and great see us later. When we arrived there was no set spot for us to sit but it wasn't busy so I wasn't bothered at the time. They said we could have the back two tables and part of the bar area. It still wasn't enough room to accommodate us as we were all drinking and ordering food, half at the bar half sitting. A group next to us left so we asked if they could clear those high top tables and put them together so we could all eat together. Again performing our own service. The bartender cleaned it off for us but made a comment that the servers were coming in 20 minutes. I am not really sure what that had to do with me because again I called earlier that we were coming in and they should've sat us accordingly if they were having a shift change. At this point we were all crammed into a corner and my entire party hadn't even arrived. I asked the bartender and someone who seemed to be either an owner or a manager to bring us another high top over twice (there were plenty empty and even some without their reserved signs that apparently don't exist). At this point my other friends showed up and had to have dinner on the other side of the restaurant by themselves away from our group. I asked if they werent going to bring us another table if they could kindly clear off some stuff for our table so we could have our friends eat with us. They continued to ignore me and my party and didn't come over to ask how our food was or if we needed more drinks so I told them I was frustrated that I called earlier in the day so we could be accommodated and it wasn't even busy. The bartender asked me who I spoke to on the phone because they didn't take reservations on a holiday. 1. It was March 15 - not a holiday 2. Not busy when we showed up 3. There were reserved signs on other tables. I said I spoke to a male and the owner/manager came over to argue with me in front of customers. He said my overflow is welcome to sit at the bar (mind you it was a couple and a baby) so I said we can't do that. I said what was the difference if we walked in with no warning 17-20 people - were we still not able to get service? He said he was expecting to just seat us all at the bar. When we walked in I didn't see 17 bar chairs sitting up against the bar. No one on the phone said it was a first come first serve basis with the tables and they weren't doing reservations. No one said we don't have tables for you you can only sit at the...
Read moreTook my wife to have dinner and was very disappointed . After ordering drinks and food , everything arrived promptly. I ordered a small bowl of mussels, my wife ordered the Ahi Tuna. As I started eating them I noticed several of the mussels were unopened. This is not a big deal if it’s one or two but there were seven unopened mussels in my bowl. It was the small order so it was bout 1/3 of my mussels were bad. I didn’t want to eat them and told the waiter that I refused to eat a bowl of mussels that had so many bad ones in it. I also told him that the cook should be watching for it and not serve bad mussels to customers. Well the waiter took an attitude and that’s when things changed. All he had to do is say he was sorry for the problem. Instead he had an attitude and immediately took the mussels back to the chef without saying one more word about it to me. I told him to give me my check and that I did not want another bowl of mussels. I told him to remove the mussels from my bill. He snapped at me , “ok relax” . Well I don’t know who he thinks he’s talking to but my wife convinced me just to leave and let it go. I will never go there again and I will convince as many as I can not to go there. Poor service, poor food, and...

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from our fabulous server, Tony. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions. The tuna poke was a standout dish for me - the flavors were spot on, and the presentation was beautiful. The portions were generous and left us feeling satisfied, but not stuffed. If you're looking for a culinary adventure that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more, look no further than this hidden gem of a restaurant. I highly recommend Otts to anyone looking for a great meal in a fun setting. And if you're lucky enough to get Tony as your server, you're in...
