Dunkin' — Restaurant in Berlin

I’ve been to every Dunkin Donuts in the State. I go everyday. I’ve recently been on a job in Berlin and never seen such service. While these employees were talking and my coffee was setting there for almost 3 mins, I had to say something! Another time I just stood inside being ignored without a word if I was going to get served. 4 times I’ve been there and understand if their busy, but you have 3 people on drive thru and no one at the front register. I believe they’re short workers. 1 time there was 2 on the drive thru, and all front registers are always closed everyday that I went there. Maybe Dunkin should get these girls more help and have someone at the front register. I think it’s not fair for these girls to do the drive thru and the front register at the same time. This is probably putting extra stress on them which effects customer service. I don’t blame these girls. I blame Dunkin for slacking for not being properly staffed to serve there customers for what...

I’ve been coming here since I was little and I have SEEN the service go down. I’m not usually one to write reviews when I don’t like a place but I’m actually beyond disappointed. I believe her name was Les Marie. I could be wrong about the name but that’s what was written on the receipt. She had long ombré nails. I was super sweet in the beginning, even complimented her nails but was met with an annoyed and cold “thank you” which I didn’t mind. What I did mind was that I ordered two things and one of them were hasbrowns and I literally saw her charge me but when I went up to the window I think she literally removed it and I had to come back around and I didn’t mind paying for them but initially they were charged on the screen. Super rude manners and I get if you’re overwhelmed or having a bad day but that doesn’t mean you take it on your customers....

I highly suggest to avoid this Dunkin' donuts! every time we've been there there's been nothing problems. This time we were there there was someone in front of us waiting at the window for about 10 minutes for a cup of iced coffee. The girl sitting in the car kept getting out of her car going up to the window almost look like The two girls were flirting with each other. And then by the time we got up to drive through they told their machine wasn't working and that my son couldn't get his donuts! This Dunkin' donuts should hire employees that could fix equipment if goes down to keep business going. The employee working drive-thru this Sunday mar 12 2023 at 2:30 pm should be fired for the way she handled things! Either way we sure is hell will not be choosing this Dunkin'...
