THEY DON'T LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I USED TO COME HERE TWICE A WEEK AND ORDER 2 LARGE ORDERS OF THE BONELESS WINGS. THE THEY CHANGED THE MENU (WHICH WAS THE WORST IDEA EVER) BECAUSE NOW YOU CAN ONLY ORDER ONE SET SIZE OF BONELESS WINGS. I GAVE COUNTLESS FEEDBACK ABOUT HOW BAD OF A IDEA THIS WAS AND WHEN I ASKED THE STAFF THEY ALSO SAID THEY KEEP GETTING COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS NEW MENU AND THE ONE SIZE ONLY BONELESS WINGS. EVEN A MANAGER TOLD ME THAT NOT MANY PEOPLE ARE HAPPY WITH IT AND DON'T BE SUPRISED IF THE BONELESS WINGS PART OF THE MENU GOES BACK TO THE WAY IT USED TO BE (WHICH WAS SMALL OR LARGE, NOT ONLY ONE SET SIZE). SO MONTHS PASS AND STILL NOTHING HAD CHANGED. SO I ORDER MY USUAL FOOD TODAY AND I GET 2 SMALL BLUE CHEESE, EVER SINCE THE NEW MENU THEY AT LEAST STILL GAVE 2 LARGE CONTAINERS, SO WHEN I SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THE SIZE, THE LADY SAYS "OH THEY CUT BACK ON THE SIZE OF THE BLUE CHEESE NOW YOU ONLY GET A SMALL CONTAINER. I SAID WELL CLEARLY THERE IS NO POINT IN LEAVING FEEDBACK WHEN THEY ASK FOR IT WHEN THEY DON'T LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CONTINUE TO CUT BACK AND DOWN SIZE THE FOOD. IT'S VERY DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE NOT TOO LONG AGO SLIDER'S WAS GREAT.. GREAT FOOD, GREAT PORTIONS AND GREAT SERVICE BUT OVER THE PAST YEAR IT'S JUST BEEN HORRIBLE. REMEMBER I WAS SPENDING CLOSE TO $200 DOLLARS A WEEK ON WINGS FROM HERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR... BUT WHOEVER TOOK OVER AND CHANGED THE MENU AND EVERYTHING FOR THAT MATTER HAS RUINED WHAT WAS ONCE A GREAT ESTABLISHMENT WITH GREAT SERVICE..... IT'S REALLY A SHAME... THIS WAS ONE OF THOSE RARE PLACES THAT ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NOT RIPPING THEM OFF BUT AS WITH EVERYTHING THESE DAYS, THE PEOPLE (OR COMPANY) THAT TOOK OVER PRETTY MUCH COMMERCIALIZED AND DOWN SIZED THE FOOD, RAISED THE PRICES AND COULD CARELESS WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THINK... I GET IT TIMES ARE CHANGING BUT WHY EVEN ASK FOR FEEDBACK IN YOU DON'T CARE WHAT YOUR "DEDICATED" CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY... IT'S A SHAME.... SUCH A GREAT PLACES FOR SO MANY YEARS AND NOW RUINED IN THE COURSE OF A YEAR..... IF IT WASN'T ENOUGH WITH THE SMALLER PORTIONS AND ONLY THE ABILITY TO ORDER ONE SIZE ONLY BONELESS WINGS NOW THEY START WITH THE SMALL CONTAINERS OF BLUE CHEESE AND RANCH... Definitely we are not coming back to this place anymore. last night, we were laying off a co-worker who is moving to another state, we were around 8 to 10 people, having a good time, drinking a few drinks, and talking about everything, we were surprised that at one point, we requested a refill of Heineken and they told us that there was no more Heineken, then we decided to ask for shots and they told us that there was no shots either, clearly something was wrong, our server initially said that the bartender did not want to serve us anymore, when we spoke with the bartender she said the opposite that the Your servant is uncomfortable with our presence, that we were constantly asking her for drinks at different times, which I find crazy, that is her job, if she does not like what she does, she should find another activity, we were surprised by her attitude, we asked to speak with her manager and the bartender who also acted as manager that night got a little spoiled and even told us that her manager's name was Mike and that if we wanted talk to him we will return the next day, honestly they lost some good customers, since it is not the first time that we come to this place, in fact we were considering leaving a $100 tip to the girl who attended us, but everything changed in seconds, we went mistreated and practically invited in a bad way to leave the place, since they were not going to continue serving us, bringing us the ticket for consumption without having requested it. Read moreTonight’s happy hour was a complete failure. I ordered 4 traditional wings and sweet potatoes fries. The wings and fries come out and the wing was completely cold. I’m not taking about room temperature, I’m talking about cold as if it just came out of the refrigerator, uncooked cold. I proceeded to tell our waitress and told her to touch the wings and she was shocked it was cold. She apologized and asked if I wanted another order of wings and I replied no thanks. She walks away with the plate and approaches mike, who I found out later from her, is the general manager. Mike takes the plate and walks into the kitchen and I can see he touches the wings and then he’s speaking to the kitchen staff. I do not know what is said because the door closes. A few minutes later he comes to my table and says to me, without an apology, “what do you want me to do… take this off your bill”. I really felt like saying to him, “ no I’ll pay for cold wings and not eat them!” Of course I said yes take that off my bill. So after I tell him this he says okay and walks away. Not once did Mike, the general manager, apologize or offer something else to me. This is just unacceptable and unprofessional. That had to be the dumbest question he could have asked me.
