Ordered a cheesesteak, got home, and had barely any meat on it. Called and expressed my concern, and the nice lady on the phone said, "It's not a problem. we will remake it and deliver it." She then called back and said that they use the same amount of meat on all of their cheesesteaks. After telling her that it looked nothing like the pictures online, I asked if I could send a photo. The same photo in this review. I then get a text message saying that Dimitri said this is 10 oz of meat, the same they use on all of their cheesesteaks. And that the rolls vary in size. Apparently, Dimitri has a scale built into his eyes and can tell off of a picture. Guys in the wrong line of work! I never got the fixed cheesesteak like I was told, and I had to take the meat off of one half and add it to the other half. $12 for half a cheesesteak. I guess that little bit of meat is more important than more business. Tell a customer you will fix the problem and then go back and say order extra...

My husband and I are obsessed with Dimitri’s. It is hands down our go-to spot for pizza. Their specialty pizzas, especially the Mega Fries, are packed with flavor and don’t even get me started on the ranch. It is seriously to die for!

We recently tried the Meat Lovers pizza and were blown away by how incredible it was. The crust is always perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and delicious, and everything just hits the spot. Anytime we have friends or family over, Dimitri’s is the first place we order from and it never disappoints. It is a total crowd-pleaser!

We have only ever had one small hiccup when the ranch was accidentally left out of our Mega Fries pizza order, but Dimitri’s customer service was beyond impressive. They made it right immediately and even gave us a discount for next time. It really showed how much they care about their customers.

Every single time i order from there i check the menu. And every time without fail i manage to order something that does not in any way mention either Mushrooms or peppers and every time it comes with mushrooms or peppers. Cheese steak, quesadilla, calzone, salad. I dont want mushrooms or peppers, and if the menu said it came with either I would ask for them off. But I can't ask for something that I dont know they're gonna add! What if someone is allergic to them, my lunch would be inedible. I'm not asking for much, just stop adding shit I didn't ask for and the menu doesn't say will be there. Or fix the menu. But as it is, I CANT eat this food, because I AM allergic...
