We love going to Subway. The one here always has at least two people making subs and there's always another person or two coming in to get food. Their items are fresh, the place is always clean. They will always answer questions and satisfy the pickiest customers.
We made the mistake of going in on Superbowl Sunday and there was a large e-order that they were in the process of completing. One person was frantic as people started coming in (including us, maybe 5) and kept apologizing for not getting to us. Honestly, it was fun watching them make all those subs, flying through the lengthy ticket with all of the condiments. No one got impatient, and it really wasn't long. The other person just methodically took care of the others coming in one by one, and both smiled and assured us they would get us taken care of as soon as possible. The staff were definitely more worried about our time than we were. People really appreciated it. Everyone left happy. The big order got done and picked up right on time, too. We weren't there 15 minutes, all told!
We ended up ordering online after that, last week, to see how it would go. It was super easy and we ordered subs, chips, and drinks, paid, and just went and grabbed it all. It really was easy, right on time, and there were no mistakes. We decided we prefer to go watch them make the subs, but it was easy if you want to be quick.
Always a reliably good...
Read moreStaff is friendly, food is good. I like to get lunch from this place. BMT or Tuna are/were my go-to subs... In light of news stories in regard to Subway Tuna fish not actually being Tuna, but instead some sort of mixture of other fishes, I will probably just stick with the BMT Subway subs moving forward. My choice of bread varies between the Italian or wheat, but I always get it with Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, green peppers, black olives, jalapenos, and a dash of salt and pepper. Sometimes I get a splash of oil and vinegar, but often times I get it without it so I can let it sit or only eat half (six inches) and save the other half for later or the next day without the bread...

Perhaps Subway should focus on making it more affordable and quality for those of us who aren't the wealthy Stars they overpaid do their stupid commercials bye-bye Subway.
I was waited on by Courtney and this was literally the most amazing experience at a subway I've ever had and the best subway...
