The stuff is still consistently making too many mistakes and the drive-thru staff at times are not just immature but rude and demonstrate a level of illiteracy that is frustrating and shocking. You need to improve your ability to communicate and put your phone down stop using Google pick up a book an educate yourself. Learn to listen and communicate better with people and regardless of your level of Education you can always make the effort to be kind and respectful. And I have just fed up with the level of abuse I receive from Young McDonald's employees. Age is nothing but a number. I expect to be treated with respect honesty and a level of professionalism that I rarely see anymore at fast food places. Just because it is fast food is not a reason or an excuse to let your behavior go to garbage. It is no excuse. And McDonald's you need to hire people with some level of Education or at least the attitude willingness to learn and grow and not just be polite and respectful but maybe kind also. Put a little effort for that $15 an hour you guys barely earn. And I say you barely earn it because of how badly you treat your customers. And this is after 2 1/2 years of this horrible experience and this is every single McDonald's in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area with the exception of one. This is all shifts all hours of the day. The only time I have had a decent or maybe good experience that's when I go out of my way to communicate with the manager and they step up and do it there employees do not do. Read moreI am very disappointed in this mcds I have the app and it was buy one get one free fries so I ordered 2 small fries.i get to the window and the cashier couldn't get the code to scan,she typed it in but she couldn't get it to work. She walked away and went to find a manager. The cashier check looked at the coupon and it was vaild and it meet the buy one get one. The manger didn't come to the window to help her. She was like I'm sorry I can't make it work. That Bs the manger never even attempted to help us or her. So we paid and went to the next window.The guy manager was just standing there talking to the other guys there so I called him to the window. He was so rude and was like oh well nothing I can do it has to be expired I show him the coupon it was NOT expired he put his hands and said nothing I can do. So rude and not even attempted to help at all. Worst experience ever. Read moreI frequently visit McDonald’s in the morning because of their $5 meal deal. In Missouri I would also go because they gave my dog a pup cup every morning. I’ve moved to New Mexico and I visit this location because it’s close to my house. But today I went to this location and was put in a waiting bay for my food. First of all if you’re gonna consider yourself a fast food joint. Then you need to be fast with making the food. After waiting about 5 minutes for my food. A gentleman came out and informed me that they would be charging me from now on for a pup cup. I was given a small amount of whip cream and a nasty warning. For a McDonald’s joint that doesn’t actually have a dollar item on their dollar menu. You’d think they’d be able to afford a simple cup of whip cream. But instead, they angrily told me that it would be a $5 charge next time. That is ridiculous. Customer service should be number one. But they are rude and disrespectful.
