This store has provided the worst experience at a fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. My sister and my self went here to purchase dinner for us and our mom almost a week ago. We purchased a double triple crunchwrap box (had the crunchwrap, a crunchy taco, and a DLT), a cravings deal box (a burrito supreme, a crunchy taco, which we asked to be changed to a soft taco supreme, a cheesy gordita crunch, and nachos), two soft tacos, a soft taco supreme, and fiesta potatoes. When we got home, we realized that some of the order was wrong, mainly that the taco in the cravings deal box was crunchy, even though we had requested it to be changed to a soft taco supreme since this box was for our mom who has no teeth. Also, all of the crunchy tacos that we did want were very soggy, and the burrito had almost nothing in it. Nothing too bad. Our mother called, and spoke with the manager Luis, and he said that the whole order would be replaced. So, today, we decided to use that for our dinner. So, we went to the location, went inside, and told the gentlemen working at the register that we need to speak with the manager on duty. Then the manager on duty, which happened to be Luis, came to the front to speak with us. We told him why the order was wrong while he looked at the receipt, and he then said, "Oh, I made this order." We told him that he made it wrong then, told him why it was wrong (the crunchy taco instead of the soft taco supreme, all of the tacos were soggy, ect.), and he went back to remake it. A few minutes late, he comes back with everything except drinks. We ask for them, sincethe two boxes come with a medium drink each. He said that he wouldn't give us the drinks because we had already had them, meaning the first order. We said, "But you said you would replace the whole orders." He said, "The drinks don't count, since you've already had them." During this whole event, he had a very rude, condescending tone to him. When we left, we were very irritated. When we got home, which is not even a ten minute drive from this location, we noticed the order was wrong yet again! We did not get the soft taco supreme, but we did get a crunchy taco supreme instead. And all of the crunchy tacos were more mush than they were last time. My mother said that the burrito supreme was very gross, the crunchy taco supreme was so soft that she could eat it with no teeth, and the other items were just as bad, but she didn't want the gordita crunch, so she gave that to my sister in exchange for the soft taco supreme she had. My sister said the cheese in gordita crunch was not melted at all, and it was made very sloppily. My mom also said the soft taco supreme was horribly made as well. My crunchwrap was made so poorly. It was mainly sour cream, and not much else. After we ate, our mom called again, and spoke with Luis. We told him the order was wrong again. He said, "No, it's not." We told him we said a soft taco supreme, not a crunchy taco supreme. He said that he had asked us twice, and both times we said crunchy, not soft. He's lying to us to try to make himself seem right! Even though we know he's lying. She told him we should have gotten our drinks. He said we didn't get the since they weren't made wrong the first time, so we're not getting them now. My mom told him that he was rude to us and her, he said, "Okay." like he was playing it off. We told him we were going to be calling corporate, he said, "Cool, the number is 1-800-tacobell." We said thank you, and that we will never come back to this location. He said, "Cool, fine with me."...
Read moreWe got a completely wrong order last time we were here. We decided to give them another chance. YIKES!! This was 12:45PM on a Friday afternoon. When we got to the window the wind blew a bag to the ground. The older gentleman at the window said it wasn't our order, but didn't seem to know what our order was. So when we told him, we heard him call it back incorrectly. My husband corrected him. He handed us a bag with our burritos but when my husband asked for the beverage we ordered, a very rude young lady (the manager, we found out) said, "you'll have to pay for it, you weren't charged for a drink". My husband was so angry at that point he just drove away. Then when we looked at the receipt, we HAD paid for a beverage! We went back and my husband went in. He was asked to move to the side to wait for the manager when his turn came after waiting in line. His response was "I'll just wait here. I've already waited in line once in the drive thru and have now waited for my turn in here, so I'll stay where I am". When the manager came out she rudely directed him to move to the end of the counter. He let her know that using "please" would be nice. In the end, he got a full refund, BUT, whatever happened to the customer is always right? What happened to customer service? I think ALL fast food workers should have to go through training with Chik Fila trainers. Whatever corporation (s) own Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken need to make some changes. Service stinks, food is of inconsistent quality, staff are rude and most act like they'd rather be anywhere but at work. It would be sad for yet 2 more of the American standard fast food resturants were lost. I would have given lower scores (stars) except in order to comment (or rant) you had to enter at...
Read moreI am having the hardest time believing that a customer has to request specifically for the HAPPY HOUR SPECIAL. I had to pay full price for a freeze drink that's given for $1.00 from 2-5pm. I just don't believe it. I believe they just didn't see what time it was and don't know how to fix their customer service skills by just admitting they made a mistake. If it were me I would've absolutely have given my customer their drink at happy hour price and somehow fixed the situation rather than being so misunderstanding and not seeing it from a customers viewpoint. What's the point in having a happy hour if you have to literally say give me the happy hour special. At sonic they already know what's up and give their customers the happy hour special without having them go the extra mile and having to say it specificall. All you end up with are unhappy people instead of happy people but I'm sure they don't care enough about the business to lose little customers such as I. I just can't believe I couldn't have just been given my 1.00 drink in the first place. I paid $2.79 for something I wasn't expecting to pay that much for. It may just be a couple bucks to some but what's the point, really in having those promotions. Can someone tell me if this legit? Does one rly have to ask for it rather than it just being given automatically? Sad taco bell...
