I went inside to order because I had to use the restroom as well. Well I wasn't able to use the restroom because supposedly they were being cleaned. There is an offer that if you make any purchase you could receive a free chili or baconator fry. So I asked the girl and even showed her the offer that I had received from Wendy's. She said, "oh we're definitely not doing that". So I ask for a manager and was told they were outside. Okay, I'll wait. STILL NO MANAGER! I went ahead and ordered my food and asked to buy a couple of the $2.00 frosty tags. I was told they didn't have any. Well the girl in front of me ordered some and someone in the drive thru ordered some as well. I think the girl who took my order was lazy and didn't want to go get some more tags. And on top of that I received chicken nuggets that were cold all the way through. I couldn't go back in because they rushed me out because their "lobby was now closed". Read moreI ordered quite a bit of food and most of it was correct and okay tasting at best... my main issue was that I ordered TWO chicken nugget kids meals that were EXACTLY the same and a cheese burger kids meal PLAIN with NOTHING but pickle extra pickle. They put extra EVERYTHING and NO pickle and to add insult to injury THAT is the kids meal that they decided didn't need a toy... COME ON NOW if you're going to give her the wrong food you could at LEAST give her the freakin toy. The manager was nice enough to allow us to come back through and they corrected it, but the staff member that took my POLITE complaint in the first place was rather rude. Read moreI order the same items all of the time. Sometimes we eat there 2 to 4 times a week because it's on the way home from work. I ordered a Dave's double combo and when I started to eat it I noticed it was a single not a double. No big deal until I called and couldn't get through and then the next day I decided that it wasn't right and I don't like to be ripped off. So today I called and talked to a manager who told me I needed a recipt or needed to tell them that day. They really didn't care that they could loose a good customer who easily spends 60 dollars a week at their store. The manager did not care and she told me so. If I owned the franchise I would fire her on the spot. All I was asking for her to do is replace the sandwich or add one pati of meat. Very poor...
