McDonald's — Restaurant in Berwyn

So my girlfriend placed an online order about 15-20 minutes before we arrived to the McDonald’s when we got there she placed another order since you can only place one order at a time from the app. She received the one she placed in store but when we asked for the mobile order Alba the worker who was working said that she never received the order so we pulled out the receipt and showed her and she checked the address then proceeded to say well since she didn’t receive it on her machine that there was nothing she could do about it. We asked her what to do and she responded with “ I don’t know” with attitude. After going back and forth for a few minutes she says to us “I’ll just do it this one time for you guys” as if she was doing us a favor (we showed her the receipt there shouldn’t have been any debate) but then she comes and asks for the 4 numbers even tho we showed her the receipt earlier and she had saw the order number she goes to the machine and types it in the poof comes out the order on their end then she’s like “here (shows us the order paper) I just put it in” then walked away while another worker bagged the food. Honestly Alba was dead set on the fact that because the order hadn’t popped up on her screen that she wouldn’t prepare the order even tho she had seen the receipt and was not trying to fix the situation or resolve it.

Another thing about this location is when you order a McFlurry they never mix the Oreos in they just leave it on top. Every time I get one I have to ask them to mix it in. Food was great had no problems there, me and my homeless friend came for a quick bite and apon entering the short cleaning lady who works afternoons was sweeping and it was all over the floor so there wasn’t anywhere we could’ve stepped where we wouldn’t step on where she sweeped and she gave us the dirtiest look and told us to wait until she was done, which is unacceptable considering it’s a public restaurant and she can’t control where we stand. that’s not where it ends.. i came in with my 5 year old son about a month ago and it was a similar experience with her, attitude and dirty looks on top of her telling us we can’t refill our cups that we literally had bought that same day. And worst for last, i was in the bathroom putting my tampons in and she kept banging on the door aggressively to kick me out when i hadn’t even been there for 2 minutes, i felt so unsafe and i will not be returning to this mcdonald’s.This is is very...

I have the worst experience when I come to this McDonalds the staff is so unprofessional I always have problems with my orders I always ask for dipping sauce and the staff acts like they dont want to give me any rolling there eyes at me when I ask its become very disrespectful and on top of the bad service my order is always wrong I get home and food is missing and they way I ordered the food is wrong this has happened on multiple occasions and I have to come back and deal with the same rude people who then tell me off I just feel disrespected when I spend my hard earned money at this establishment.. everytime I go to chick fila across the street and ask for a sauce they have no problems with giving me as many as I like with no extra charge which makes me feel great.
