Wendy's — Restaurant in Bessemer

I stopped at this restaurant just a little while ago and had one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My order was wrong and I walked back inside to get it corrected and I explained that I was given a sandwich that I did not order and that I was missing a sandwich and one of my sandwiches was not made how I ordered it. I was told to keep the extra sandwich and that they would fix the sandwich that was not made right and I was fine with that but after they corrected the sandwich that they did not make right I stood there waiting.... after a couple of minutes I was asked if I needed ketchup or anything and I said no I am still waiting on my other sandwich that I paid for and I was told that the extra sandwich was to replace the sandwich that I did not get. I explained to them that I did not want the extra sandwich that I got and that they could have it back and swap it out for the sandwich that I paid for and I was stared at and told they didn't understand what I was saying. I explained that I ordered a total of 5 sandwiches I got 5 sandwiches but 3 out of 5 were wrong. I said one was made incorrectly, one i ordered that I didn't even get and the other one was not even a sandwich that I ordered and that I wanted my sandwich fixed that was made incorrectly and I wanted the sandwich that I did not order swapped out the sandwich that I did order and pay for. After going over this three different times I was told that they finally understood what I was saying. The cashier was sweet and she was trying to help me explain what I was saying to the people in the back and that's about the only thing that kept me from going to the grill and making my own food. This place needs help and I don't necessarily mean that they need to fire everyone and replace them, it very well could be that everyone there needs to either be retrained or maybe a manager needs to be held responsible for how this restaurant is operated. I will say that I will not be back at this restaurant no time...

Can i give this location NO stars...ugh. We pull up to the drive thru and instead of addressing or greeting us as the next customer the woman is chatting with the customer at her window with the speaker on...this goes on for about 5 minutes before my husband finally gets her attention. And then she says "just a minute" and goes back to chatting with the other person. So after 10 minutes of this BS I decided it would be better to go inside...wrong!! Even though there was only 1 customer in front of me it took 45 minutes. Just to get a potato (already cooked) and taco salad (no cooking involved) seriously!!! There were maybe 3 people working...1 cook, 1 at the window (still chatting) and 1 helping customers inside. This location has to be the worst!!!! Will...

Very, Extremely slow service at this particular location. No Ono in the back was wearing any protective equipment, all the employees were probably trying their best but it was not good enough to move the line of customers waiting in any timely manner. The food that I did observe coming out (to the drive thru only) was wrong and those customers had to come inside. Unfortunately this particular restaurant in Bessemer AL also smelled awful and the men's bathroom smelled worse. I feel like me and my partner dodged a potential food poisoning bullet by going to Zaxby's right across the street. Just a bad example of how a restaurant should run. Best of luck to you if you decide to go though.... Maybe they will be having...
