Edit: took this from a 3* to a 1* as my husband is now 🤮 - given that this was all he ate today I suspect this brunch is the most likely candidate.
I was very impressed with how inventive the menu is for the area, but was disappointed with the execution for Sunday brunch.
Drinks were good and strong. We started with the pierogi's and mussels. Both of which were okay.
I ordered the crab cakes Benedict. The crab cakes were burnt on one side, eggs poached to medium (was expecting soft), and "home fries" but received half cooked unseasoned roasted potatoes. Read moreIt pains me to give one star but our experience was awful. We went on a Saturday night (2/25). It was our first time there. The interior has been done up quite nicely with the bar and the seating in the back. Our food unfortunately was not great. We had a "brisket sandwich" that was more like a boiled pot roast. We were left with "our most expensive cocktail is $16 and the cheapest is $12". Okay - the one I ended up getting was billed for $10... I'm glad everybody else seems to have a good time there but we will not be back.
"I was kind enough to not leave a tip"??? What exactly was I supposed to...
