Burger King — Restaurant in Bethlehem

Im giving this BK a 3Stars only because the young lady at the register was very pleasant HOWEVER the manager on duty was rude AF!!! My 3yr old decided she wanted 1 of their cereal milkshakes after the fact that i paid and was waiting for her meal so i kindly asked if i could place an order 4 a milkshake or did i need to drive around again? The young lady said no i could order with her here. But i wasn't sure what cereal milkshake options they offered so she told me but my 3yr old couldnt make up her mind, of course. So she offered to mix them. And let me tell you. When her manager who of course was sitting in the office chair over heard her say this 2 me, she jumped up out of that chair like a linebacker butting in trying to upsale me for oreos which i didn't even want. She was sooooo unprofessional to the young lady yelling at her while the drive thru window is open and me sitting right there watching it all unfold. Needless to say i think she still upcharged me bcuz i paid like $4.50 for a milkshake that i could have literally got next door at Mcdonalds for $2 but that wasnt even the point. You could tell the young lady was first off embarrassed for simply trying to help me (it wasnt her fault i was being a pain in the a) and her manager was soooo unprofessional and even made me feel uncomfortable with her long black witch lookin nails which she shouldn't be allowed 2 wear in a food service job if u wanna get technical. Either way. Thank you to the young lady who delt with that bcuz of me and booo-yooouu to the manager thats awful at her job. I can understand why this location is always hiring... Who'd wanna work for someone like...

I wish there was a zero star option. I sat at drive thru and not a word. When I pull up to the window the lady is standing at the front counter as if there are walk in customers and shuffles around and walks over.

As I started telling her I'd like to give her my order she proceeded to tell me to pull back around that she told me to "hold on". Mind blown. #1 you didn't say anything, hence why i waited until i decided the time i sat waiting was unreasonable which is why i pulled up to the window to see what the hold up was aince there wasnt anyone in front of me.

I garantee this lady is someone who I'm sure demands premium customer service at Walmart and can't do it at her own job...I'll give you a word of advice....aside from the fact that your soda machine is broken I'd start with fixing your service.

Here is a prime example of someone who decided to get an entry level job and demands $15 an hour but can't give more than minimum wage service.

The rational I had was to just go somewhere else instead of playing into stupidity, which I did. Thankfully the other place had customer service skills and was able to use common sense to aid in the process.

It's not that I don't have anything else better to do than be a Karen and complain, it's more so of making a point that if you work an entry level job and demand higher wages...you should offer more than minimum wage service if you believe you deserve to be paid higher than minimum wage.

The people making $25 or $30+ an hour are able to think on their feet and fix at issue at hand rather than telling the people they provide services to "to go back to start and I'll talk...

I don’t know what it is about this Burger King.. they always seem to either be closed early, or have run out of everything you want lol. In the rare case they are open in the evening, the food is always borderline cold, and an item is usually missing or inaccurate. My husband and I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt; putting it down to tired and underpayed employees etc - but I believe it’s just laziness. The customer service is kinda rude when you do mention they messed up your order, and there’s zero apology. Tonight we went through the drive thru and ordered two bacon XL burger meals, Fanta was out so I settled for a cola… the cola was not cola-ing.. tasted like it was from the bottom of the fountain, and was super light. Not sure why they didn’t just refill it? I ended up throwing it out. And again, the food was cold. AND they forgot the onion rings and we had to go back to get them - these were also cold. I’d avoid it tbh, not...
