Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bethlehem

I will absolutely never go back! The store was full staffed , only 2 customer's ahead of me and when I had gotten there not a single customer at the outside drive thru. I went in ordered my food at 625 and stood and waited watching more and more people come in then heard the GrubHub customers talking stating they had been already waiting a half hour for food that had been order ahead of time online. After half hour waiting for my order I have to admit by now I was getting quite annoyed and absolutely no orders going out . An older couple who had been sitting at a table when I came in ( mind you I thought they had been served) finally came up and asked if they were ever going to get the order they ordered and the manager laughed at the gentleman as if it were funny they had been waiting for an HR already for food!! He then asked for his money back and walked out. I still tried to wait for my order finally at 730 the cashier called me over to ask me if he could look at my receipt because they lost my order!!! Seriously done I then had the manager come over to give me my money back! I can't believe the service there, the managers attitude, employees sitting in the lobby with a handful of customers not getting served and complaint after complaint. By the end not only did I walk out without an order so did several others. I wouldn't give any stars however in order to write a review I had to give at least one star. Ugh. I would like to add that I’ve never had a problem with Taco Bell in my entire life ordering there, I’ve always experienced exceptional service from the employees or those who make my food, but tonight we end up ordering Taco Bell from this place and they end up not giving us our nacho fries that my friend paid extra for, so my friend calls Taco Bell and he tells us the only thing he can do is write her name down and give us them tommorow but we ordered them for tonight so she tells him this and he ends up hanging up on her, so she calls again and a lady picks up and this lady kept interrupting my friend, like my friend didn’t get a single word out until this lady just straight up hangs up aswell, for who else would like to know this was the “morning” of February 23rd at 1233 am to whoever employees were scheduled for tonight, I’ve never experienced such disrespect and unprofessional, I have never treated a customer this way, and I will for sure be coming into the business to talk to a manager or someone higher up because I’m not paying 50 some of more dollars towards food from a fast food place to be treated with such utter disrespect. Awful experience after ordering waited 20 minutes and still no food demanded a refund and the attendant got very belligerent and rude I had to call the police to get my refund to avoid the situation from escalating the dining area was empty there were only two customers ahead of us they did not have root beer soda in the dispenser nor the Baja blast I was told they get their shipments on Thursday for soda the place was really messy and the bathroom really stinks this particular Taco Bell needs new management and The employees of this establishment need better training shame on you Taco Bell of Easton Avenue in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. After having a bad experience with this particular Taco Bell I decided to go to another Taco Bell in Quakertown Pennsylvania where there was a trophy honoring customer service at this particular establishment from the moment I walked in I was treated with respect I was greeted properly I was asked my order my order was taken diligently and very helpful I was served my food almost immediately with a staff that was very friendly the place itself dining area was very clean the ambience of the place was absolutely excellent and the bathroom was spotless and smelled really good great job to the Taco Bell of Quakertown Pennsylvania keep up the good work that trophy honoring your customer service is well-deserved will be...
