My favorite pizza place in all of the Lehigh valley but I rarely get pizza. They have absolutely top notch food here and for a very reasonable price. Their pizza is great from what I have had but my favorite is their stromboli and calzones. The cooks are just very, very good at making them and it's just not easy to find people who make them so well. My personal favorite is a custom version of the chicken and broccoli stromboli and let me tell you the large is colossal. Enough food for more than one day for sure. The small one is also quite reasonably priced, it's a pretty perfect individual size and it's less than 8 bucks.
The only part of the place that let me down a little bit was the cheesesteak. It's not bad at all but I wish they used a bit of a nicer roll and toasted it some. It's not a bad roll or anything but given the rest of the stuff there I would just like it to be a little better and to be toasted a little bit at least. I'm super picky about cheesesteak though, I lived in philly for several years and I got a bit spoiled. I don't mean to insult it either, they do put a lot of meat in but it can make me choose something else instead unless I really want one. They have so many excellent dishes though I can't complain at all.
They also make their food extremely quickly no matter how busy they are. Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes, 20 absolute max for it to be made even when they are super busy(which they are pretty frequently).
They also have a very nice and friendly staff and the owner, while he seems to micromanage sometimes, is a very dedicated hard worker who strives to put forth a great product and service.
Overall, it's one of my favorite pizza/stromboli/calzones/burger etc. places and it is an absolute staple of downtown Bethlehem. I recommend very much that anyone who likes any of this food and is in the area tries it, it's certainly better than any other similar establishment in the nearby area...
Read moreI previously went to this pizzeria with work colleagues. The experience was fair, no complaints. However the latest visit to this establishment with friends and family had me baffled a bit. Multiple times specific staff members felt the need to make it clear that we needed to leave the premises and was not allowed to stay. I tried to explain the situation to the party I was with and how uncomfortable it felt especially traveling with young children. I guess we were in the wrong when we exited the restaurant and went all the way to a back table occupying space that belonged to another building. I intended to give the little ones their slices on the go and be off. Not even 1 minute passed before we were told for a 4th time we needed to leave. Not only that the employee pointed into the street to show us that the owner, her boss needed us gone. An employee was even sent out with a plate and napkin to see if we were still outside. I realized that I really wanted to leave the premises as much as the employees and owner wanted my friend, myself, and our 2 families gone. But my friend could not understand what we did wrong. Some of the kids realizing the situation started to feel so bad. After all of that I just wanted to pay them whatever it was that would enable better treatment. I had cash in my hand but I felt so flustered trying to mask my emotions in front of the children. I honestly know better ways and words that could have been used to avoid this entire situation. I even tried calling to speak to the employee. That’s didn’t work. I spent days questioning was it race, was it the children, was it we didn’t order more and they felt that their time was being wasted. Well since dining out in Bethlehem/Allentown/Easton. This is the first experience like this I’ve had. We didn’t yell, scream, curse, act aggressively, we weren’t disrespectful. As my friend said ‘ “Deep breath , we did...

Realized it wasn’t packed at all Got to the counter food was being made not even platted
Let me add I’m not a new customer been coming here for a while for the same thing
Anyway having a rough day come to nicks to have the usual chill out I politely asked if I can sit in
The lady in the front looked and said this time yes but usually we don’t do that
So I looked around and said “what’s the problem there’s really no one here”
( I’ve dined in before)
She’s goes and says this is a restaurant
Well clearly and thank you I’ll take the order to go and it’ll be the last time I return

My slice of chicken was being grilled my food wasn’t platted wasn’t even ready to be platted so saying she asked me if I wanted it re plated is a lie and you don’t need to do that my ears work perfectly… that’s the reason I asked her what was the big problem if your place was empty and my food wasn’t even done and I saw that with my own eyes … she’s rude that’s the whole point my food was being made and I changed my mind to dine in …. From a stressful day to a rude day you never know what someone’s going through before they walk into your establishment
That wasn’t needed and was definitely rude call it whatever you...
