I ordered two entrees to go; we were told the food was great. One order was a pepper steak and the other was an orange chicken dish. When we arrived home in Santa Monica, we realized that the orders had been mixed up with someone else’s. we immediately called the restaurant and was told sorry no problem, you will be given a credit for food on your next meal and I asked a gentleman with whom was there when I ordered the food and he remembered us said no you do not have to bring the food back, just come back when you can to pick up an entree on him. When I went back to the restaurant to claim the credit, I was welcomed with a very negative and hostile response from a woman that claimed she was the manager and refused to issue me the credit and also made me feel so embarrassed in front of the other customers in the restaurant I literally cried as I was leaving the restaurant. The food doesn't have the chinesse flavor you would expect, a TV dinner would be better for a lot less of your money. I was wondering why no one was eating there except me and probably it is because they know better. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. I'm new in the area so I'm learning the hard way. Where else do they serve your food in plastic trays? Read moreI tried to order online and while the transaction went through my bank their system did not pick it up. Instead of trying to help me figure it out they said that kept telling me to reorder and that it may have went to another location even thoughI called the other location and showed them proof that it was this location. Then after trying to pay directly their system kept saying my card was declining after the bank told me there is no issues with my card. The lady at the register continued to be rude and refused to try and help me only telling me that it should be on the system and after trying to pay twice it proved that their system is messed up.
