This arby's apparently doesn't care about their customers. I wrote them an email 10 days ago about a horrible experience I had there. I wasn't looking for anything besides some sort of acknowledgement from them. I haven't heard anything from them...I guess that's too much to ask.
Now I won't need going back there are plenty of other places to go in billings.
Update: Let me clarify in the original comment when I said wrote I meant filled out comment form. Why would I do that again when nothing happened the first time?
Here are the details and what I wrote:
I'm writing because I am pretty disappointed in my visit today. I ordered 3 meals, none of them were correct.
The first meal was a regular turkey euro meal with 4 piece mozzarella sticks and a diet dr pepper.
The second meal was a reg chicken bacon with curly fries and a reg dr pepper.
The third was a turkey bacon ranch market sandwich with curly fries and a reg dr pepper.
The drive thru person did not read back my order just have me the total. I assumed everything was fine so I pulled up in line. When I got to the window I paid and they handed me the drinks in the drink carrier.
All 3 drinks were marked as diet. I asked the person at the window which ones we reg and which was the diet. He said he didn't know and that I got all the drinks that were on the screen. Basically leaving me to figure out which is which. At this point I was a little irritated.
I was then handed the bag of food and I left. I didn't want to take up any more time as it was busy.
When I got home I discovered that instead of putting in the turkey euro meal a reg roast beef meal was put into the computer. Also the 2 orders of fries were under cooked and soggy. When everyone tried their drinks we found out they were indeed all diet.
So really the only things that were correctly done on this order were the chicken bacon sandwich, turkey bacon market fresh sandwich, and the mozzarella sticks.
I normally don't complain about the food I get but this was just a really...
Read moreI love Arby's, they have a deal for $7.00 right now but almost everytime they attempt to charge you the original price. Like they ask if you want it large then say $14.95 when you ask them why they make it hella complicated amd have to explain that if you upgrade the $7.00 deal to large then you pay the full price. Then why ask me if I want it large after I ask specificly for the $7.00 offer?? Then I ask for a milk shake which is an uncharged half the time the other half the time they say I can't have the milk shake unless it's separate. Then it's another mini argument where I have to explain to them that they can do it. Like the $7.00 " Deal" is just a trick to get you there and then change it. Also I have upgraded to a shake multiple times but half the time they say they cannot do that. The whole thing turns into a little mini argument that just isn't worth it. I would say poor management for not making sure that each shift leader knows how to...
Read moreVery disappointed in the poor service that I received when going through the drive-through at this particular Arby's. I asked for a toasted bun on my French dip sandwich. They made it a big deal and said it already came toasted and then they purposely sent it out not toasted and the meat was raw. I asked for fresh extra crispy fries and they told me they can only cook fries one way and they will not redo them for me. It took about 25 minutes to get my food, and the person who is taking my order was very impatient and did not want to listen to my order and was very rude. I go to Arby's all over two different states and I never have an issue with either of my requests and for some reason it was a big deal for this particular location. Not only was the neat raw but the sandwich was so cold that the cheese wouldn't even melt.. Unacceptable when im paying $15 for a...
