This was hands down the worst experience I have had in my entire life at an establishment. My mother went in to order food and the people at the counter insisted she order through the app and that she could not order at the counter. She is not particularly tech savvy so she call me to help her make the order in part because she didn't know how but also because she was trying to wrangle her 3 yo granddaughter.
I downloaded the app only for it to glitch out 4 times and then finally when I got to the end it only gave me the option to pay with apple pay which of course also did not work. At this point I asked to be put on the phone on the phone and asked why they couldn't serve her at the counter which the person finally said well now we can serve her at the counter.....
My poor mom has now wasted an hour just trying to order. It would be one thing if there had been a logical reason and the staff was kind but they were so rude and degrading to my mom who was trying to buy food for herself, her granddaughter, and several other people as a thank you. I work in the service industry myself and it is not that hard to treat someone walking into any shop simply as another human being rather than a number with a credit card.

Read moreI will start off by saying I love Chipotle. I am a big fan and have been to Chipotles in many states. This particular Chipotle I have been to at least 15 times in the last month and I’ve finally had enough. Whoever is the manager here should be fired as this is without doubt being run into the ground. Every time I go they are out of almost every meat and various other toppings it doesn’t matter if it’s a Tuesday or a Friday, lunch or dinner, 2 hours before closing or 10 minutes. Tonight again out of everything, the dining room was filthy and their poor staff looked miserable. Tonight they told me they were completely out of chicken but then I watched as they made burritos with chicken right in front of me. From mobile orders that came in after I had got there. Unbelievable if they were that low on product they should have turned their mobile orders of. I tipped them extra cause I cannot imagine having to tell every customer on a Friday night the very long list of things they are out of. I’ve asked for the manager several times and he’s never there. Orders are consistently late. On average over 30 minutes past the “promised time.” Always out of product. Always only accepting digital orders and can never order in person. App does not give very many customization options vs ordering in person.
I had asked for a refund on my last digital order because I had ordered a chicken burrito with rice, cheese, corn salsa, and all I got was just rice and chicken. Still have not heard back about my refund request for an online order after providing my name, phone number and email address. I will not eat at Chipotle ever again until they resolve this issue, make it right, and give me a good reason why I should come back and give them my business. If the issue is never resolved, well I guess no more chipotle :( and they will never see another dime from me again because it will be spent somewhere else where I can get better service and better food.
