Evergreen Cafe — Restaurant in Billings

If you haven’t had a sandwich at the Evergreen Cafe in a while you just might have forgotten what a sandwich should taste like. If you’ve never been, you have no idea what you’re missing out on.

Soft bread that doesn’t fall apart, and isn’t chewy so you get a nice clean bite. The meat is great, no generic lunch meat taste, you know what you’re biting into.

Don’t get me started on the cheese, it’s the whole reason I had to post this review and give a personal call to the owner to tell them how great their cafe is. This was high quality cheese, the pepper-jack had a nice, creamy texture and had a ton of flavor.

The lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes and cucumbers were on point. It’s the best sandwich I’ve had in years.

This cute little sandwich shop tucked in the corner of the old evergreen IGA is full of heart. They brew their own kombucha and take pride in their charcuterie.
