Maple Moose at Rail//Line — Restaurant in Billings

This is my first stop at Rail Line; I ordered the Mocha as it is my favorite coffee/milk drink. I was caught off guard when they asked if I would like white or dark chocolate! First time being asked my chocolate preference. This drink is phenomenal! I am enjoying it as I write this in their lobby and I couldn't be happier! Rail Line is a relatively new coffeehouse with an amazing mission. They want to provide skills training for disadvantaged youth and adults as well as kick off the revitalization of the South Side. If you haven't been down here, make the trip. The staff is very friendly, wanting to chat and just hang out with us customers when they have down time and tasks are complete. The coffee is delicious! In my opinion, the top tasting coffee in Billings at an amazing price! The coffee they use to make their drinks is uniquely flavorful, and actually has caffeine in it that will do the Job! Great environment to hang out and study, read or get some work done! Quaint little spot in the beautiful South Side community. It's nice to experience this nice and friendly of a business on the South Side! It's just a great experience culturally! I hope they continue to use their coffee roasters, and hope they continue to offer great prices! One small suggestion is, to offer my constructive feedback is I would suggest the blended ice drinks be blended more, and longer to achieve a smoother consistent blend and thickness. Focus of concern seems to be the coffee experience, itself. Beverage prices were hard to believe (low), relatively speaking. Food prices and 12-ounce bags of coffee beans were closer to on-par with competitors' pricing, but still on the low-end, for the quality. (Revel's coffee beans are used.) Espresso shot was excellent.
