The ice cream and staff was pretty good. I don’t just know what the deal is.... Maybe the owners are super cheap.... landlords.... The workers in there sweating. It’s in the end of July. 95-100 degree heat in the day. It was more hot inside then outside at 7 pm. I even asked the person helping me if it was this hot in here all time.
If it was my business, I would turn on the air conditioning or put in a cooler of some sort. It has been like this every time and after the third time, I figured I would pass on the info.
I would want my workers and my customers to have a nice experience. Because they can’t figure it out and it’s not just a circumstance of the climate control malfunctioning, I give them a two star. Maybe the owners can see this and make it a nice atmosphere for their laboring crew and the clients within.
I usually only write five star reviews so this is a first for me. Big Dipper is good but no place...
Read moreThe ice cream itself was great, with an awesome, more-than-generous scoop for a good price. However, I was a bit underwhelmed with the menu. The closest thing that comes to mind is Cold Stone. I didn't see any prominent presentation of the ice cream or toppings. I appreciate that less is more, but sometimes it's easiest to make a choice when I see it (I'm also willing to spend more to get it). Oh, another ice cream shop that comes to mind is Sweet Peaks! Anyways, I look forward to coming back again to try out different flavors, combinations, and maybe learn what other toppings and...
Read moreI'm sadly disappointed that I cannot eat here any longer. Their Ice Cream is delicious, but I cannot eat it without thinking of the millions of lives lost at the hands of one of the companies they support. Big Dipper publically supports and gives $ to the baby-murdering giant, Planned Parenthood. If you want to privately support a corporation that deliberately takes innocent life, that is one thing, but to publically endorse them by placing a sign in your front window is a completely different monster. Any person that is Pro-Life, vote with your dollars and spend them elsewhere. There's no need to give your money to a business which has blood on their hands, by giving your hard earned money to a blood-soaked enterprise like Planned (destruction...
