Again, our pizza was not made correctly. After getting home, unwrapping pizza and realizing the incompleteness of ingredients, I called the store back to address the mistake. Right away, I recognized the voice who answered as the (now) manager of the 12 12 Grand Ave Billings, MT store. Her name: Brandie. I have dealt with her for years -- even before she became manager. She is always rude. She does not engage in any positive customer service skills, unless you consider a rude tone of voice and telling me "then don't come to this store anymore" good customer interaction. I have, in the past, contacted the owner, Darrin Whalen (of WY) about her inappropriate behavior, words, tone, apparently to no avail as she is now the manager (in past was part of staff, then asst. manager). Even though the Grand store is most convenient, I will either order from a different store in the future as to avoid dealing with Brandy, or perhaps I will have to give up ordering Papa Murphy's all together as I believe Darrin owns all the Billings stores and the managers do not necessarily stay at one location. I was/am so very disappointed in the service, especially since it was the "manager" (Brandy) who provided such inappropriate service... and definitely not for the first time. Darrin, why do you continue to employ her in this role? From how she has treated me now & in past, she doesn't seem like the type of leader/role model you would want representing your business. Read moreLike the cheesy bread, the crew is not so good. Went in just before 5pm New Years Eve and was told they were out of cheesy bread which was the whole reason for the visit. Witnessed several people who left after me with cheesy bread but they ordered online. So, received my meatlover pizza. Walked out to my car and placed an online order. Went grocery shopping and came back. Walked up to the counter with my online order number and was asked if I had just recently purchased a pizza. I said yes at which point two crew members rudely, not politely, started telling me they told me before they were out of cheesy bread. A nice lady in the back said that the order was on the rack, my cheesy bread was thrown, not gently, on the counter and was paid for. As I left, I heard the blonde yelling at the mystery Angel behind the wall about how wrong it was to tell me my order was on the rack. Thank you mystery lady behind the wall and I hope I did not cause you too much trouble but you made my night. Two young men were in there and they had already completely shut the store down. There were no ingredients out, the lights were out, and they were mopping the floor.
