Taco John's — Restaurant in Billings

To start I understand this is a new location...with that being said it needs some serious work. The young gal at the drive thru window needs to work on customer service and acting like she wants to be here and actually learn the menu and computer system. Second the food tastes nothing like any other location. I have been to this location a few times and I have been missing something almost every time. Call the manager and he just says well next time you come in just explain the issue and we will take care of it for you...sounds like a great way to get free food all the time! This particular night 5/19/22 they forgot my oles..fine I can deal with that but 4 of the taco burgers I ordered had rock solid buns...chef "microwave" might have been the culprit here so needless to say the quality checks aren't being completed. So we was in the drive thru at taco johns tonight. There was a vehicle in front of us who was able to order. We pulled up was greeted asked what we wanted and we ordered the food we wanted. The guy after taking our order got back on the speaker saying I'm sorry we closed at 10 and we can't make your order, after asking what we wanted and saying alright anything else we wanted. We was there before 10 his excuse is a lie I know cuz my son use to work for taco johns computers systems don't just shut off. They just didn't want to make the food and came up with an excuse. Very disappointed in this taco johns tonight. Went in to order food and Tiffany did not listen to a thing we ordered. It was completely wrong. She was very snobby about it when I tried to clarify at the window that this us what it was gonna be. There was no point in even going inside to argue with her that the order was STILL wrong.
