I went to this location because it is close to my house. I have been on several occasions without issue and this ones isnt awful. As far as the food, the. burger was good and the french fries were cold and tasted like they had been out for awhile. This is odd, because I came during lunch time, but the place wasnt busy. My issue is the supervisor, who is older with reddish brown hair is just leaing on the counter doing nothing. The young man at the register is putting things away turned away from me so he didnt see me come up to the counter. She told him to turn around because he has a customer. He said I'm sorry, I didnt see you there. She then tells him "that's because.you were turned around" not looking forward. She then said "I saw him!" I told her, well you had the advantage as you were facing forward. She replied " and so should he." I've been in management for years and found that belittling your staff in front of customers just makes you and your company look bad. Not greeting me and instead telling your staff member to "turn around you have a customer" is unwelcoming and immediately puts a barrier between you and the guest. My advice to you is to make sure your training is where it should be so you lead by example and do as I say not as I do. Read moreOrdered dinner around 7:45, that way I'd be able to sit and enjoy my scheduled lunch break around 8. Well, 8:30 rolls around. And my lunch break turned into just a regular break. The entire time, I sat and watched on my phone as the door dasher waited for over a half an hour for my food. I finally got the food I ordered around 9:20. Well past the time that was given to me at the time I placed the order. I watched as my food sat, and the delivery time slowly ticked up in time. And the food was cold af when it finally got here. The initial delivery time was slated for 8:32. But it didn't show up until 9:20. I spoke with the door dasher, and they verified what I had already suspected. They MADE the order, but neglected to put it out or notify the person, etc. After the dasher got a managers attention was when it was finally addressed. Needless to say, I had lost my appetite at that point. I canceled the order around 8:50 because at that point...why bother? Right? I don't know WHAT the issue is...but they need to fix it. Because this will cost them more business in the long run. Read moreWent through the drive-thru around 9. Busy like usual. But when I pulled up to the microphone, I was greeted very rudely. It was some girl. Just kept interrupting me each time I went to go speak. She was obviously frustrated of how busy it was or maybe they were short staffed. But there isn’t no need to act rude towards a paying customer. As it went on to where I couldn’t complete my order, she said “one moment” and next thing you know a guy answers. At this point I’m super irritated. He continued asking what I’d like for my two four for four’s. He was very patient and had a nice calm voice and never interrupted me once. I finally got my order done and eventually got up to the window. I was greeted with a glare from the manager on shift. I can’t remember her name but I imagine she was the one on I was initially talking to. For a manager to act like that towards customers? Ridiculous. I can’t imagine how her crew was feeling because all I could hear with the window partially closed was yelling from only her. I will never go to this restaurant again just because of this experience.
