Disappointing Customer Service at this Jimmy John's
I’m leaving this in hopes someone in management sees this and corrects things.
I've been a loyal Jimmy John's customer for years and have always enjoyed the consistent quality of their sandwiches. However, my experience at this particular location left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated.
The sandwiches here were as good as always - fresh, well-prepared, and just as I've come to expect from any Jimmy John's location. But it was the staff that ruined my experience here. They were rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them just by placing my order.
From the moment I walked in, I was met with a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. The employees were not only unapproachable, but also seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me. It's as if my presence was bothering them, and I’m somehow disrupting them by placing an order.
While I understand that fast-food workers have a lot on their plate, this was far from the friendly, efficient service I've encountered at other Jimmy John's locations. And there were absolutely zero other customers inside the place when I went.
It's such a shame that the there’s an owner with a great restaurant at this location being overshadowed by the terrible customer service. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of this and works towards improving their staff's attitude...
Read moreThis is the first time I've had a Jimmy John's sandwich, and I don't know if it's this location or the chain in general, but it was awful. Once Firehouse Subs came to town, I was DONE with Subway. FH sandwiches are high quality (flavorful meats, cheeses, and the bread is amazing), and I was actually a bit nervous when Jimmy John's moved in across the street, b/c FH sandwiches are sooo good. In the spirit of competition, I decided to try JJ's Vito sandwich in order to compare it to Firehouse's "The Italian". I was severely disappointed. The bread was tough, there was nothing flavorful about their meats or cheeses and reminded me of Subway (Yuck). If JJ's, SOMEHOW, puts Firehouse out of business, just because they deliver, I'll be so disappointed in...

Never post reviews, rather try to solve it in person.
Been in the service industry for over 20 years. Worked in sandwich shops when I was a teenager. Had Jimmy Johns all over the country.
This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had picking up a simple turkey sandwich.
The guys working didn’t ask what I wanted on the sub and tried to pass off turkey, bacon, mayo (asked for no mayo) lettuce and tomato’s for almost $9.
I caught it before I left and they “remade it” and it still had mayo on it.
Take a look at the end result.
Don’t bother even trying to park in the wacky parking lot.
Stay away, 💯
There is another sandwich shop...
