If I could give zero stars, I would. Let me start this out by saying that I don’t like to complain. But I went to Taco Bell on 1/27/25 at 12:41am. When I got there, I set up the speaker for 5 to 10 minutes before somebody even Took my order. They were not busy at all. They made me repeat myself over and over and over. All I got was three steak quesadillas with light cream jalapeño and two large Baja. she was extremely rude on speaker. Then when I got up to the window, she didn’t even talk to me. She didn’t acknowledge me or anything. She opened the window she took the money, closed it, and then gave me my food a couple minutes later. Her name was Eve B. Eve didn’t say anything to me. She was extremely pissed off that we ordered that this time of night. Eve was even rolling her eyes at us. Then when she handed us our food, I told her to have a beautiful night and she slammed the window on me without responding. Extremely terrible customer service. They were rude the second I got there until I left. They were even cussing at us. Worst of all my 2 Baja tasted like water park water. We didn’t even drink it because we were scared that we were going to get sick. It wasn’t even green. I will never be back.Eve I hope something gets done about your attitude and terrible customer service. I have been working in customer service for the last 10+ years of my life. Read moreWish I could give no stars. My manager ordered a breakfast wrap and sent me up before we opened because it was wrong. Told the girl at the front the dilemma and she got a manager for me. A few minutes later the manager (a grown, 'trained' adult) comes stomping up yelling at me,"It's almost 11 so you can either come again tomorrow or get a refund!" I'm shocked and as calmly as I can tell her to please calm down, that I wasn't even mad, and it wasn't my food (I'm kinda irritated at that point). She repeats herself loudly and I said I'll call my manager and ask. She says,"Yeah, you do that." then stomps back to make food all while talking loudly about me and throwing the food stuff down when she was done using them-LITERALLY THROWING THEM. I give the girl at front my managers name and number to come back. Go back to work, tell her and my coworker about it so my coworker calls the store to complain. She talks to another manager there who, ironically, she knew well. She told me that she could literally hear the one I dealt with in the background screaming at the top of her lungs about us and how she gave us options. THAT.WAS. RIDICULOUS. This was actually our second stop at a Taco Bell after having such terrible service at the Taco Bell on Vienna Rd (look the review I left for them) lazy employee (young female) there. Anyway this Birch Run Taco Bell 🔔 is definitely deserving of this 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review! I asked “Do we have to use the kiosk to order, or can you take our order at the counter?” The young lady here was happy to help us… She replied: “No, you don’t have the kiosk, I can take care of you!” As she pointed to the counter! 😁😁 Needless to say we’re very happy to be greeted by such a great employee as her “Eve”! It’s so nice to know THERE ARE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMON SENSE and GREAT WORK ETHIC and treat their customers the way we’re supposed to be treated! They actually had our food out before we could finish filling our drink cups. Thank you, and thanks to ALL THE STAFF there this evening.
