Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Birmingham

I went in at 8:59 exactly. There was a crowd by the front door posing for pictures. I sidestepped them and went through the double, double doors. The host, a tall young man with dreads asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted to place an order to go. He points me to a young lady at a low counter. I thank him and walk around. I get to the bar and check over the menu real quick as I haven't really had much experience there. She takes my order. A 15 piece with onion rings instead of fries, and a Pepsi. Says I can sit at the bar soon so. The time on my receipt says 9:08. After a few minutes the bartender approaches , I tell her I'm just waiting in my order, but thank you. So I sit and wait. And keep seeing more and more people come in get their orders and leave. I remain patient. They could have gotten online orders or something. So I wait some more. Finally at about 9 :45 a shorter slimmer gentleman with dreads came out and asked if anyone was waiting on to go orders. I told him I was. He asked my name, to which I replied they didn't ask me, but I have my receipt . So they go and come out with about 8 to 9 bags and start handling them out. They hand me mine at last. I check the time 9:50. I ask for some hot sauce and my pepsi.I'm like ok well at least the food will be good right?! WRONG!! The ticket in my wings said 9:26. I only stay five miles away. They were less than luke warm and the onion rings were also. At least the onion rings were good even cold. I tipped the server . Lol. Before I had any service. I will not be going here again. Atmosphere and food was great. Restaurant very clean. However, I've had better service at Waffle House. Our food was brought out pretty quickly. I had to get up and go get us both silverware and napkins. Server (Jania) never brought us any till I got up to go find another server to all for them. Jania did bring me a refill on my drink but not my son's water. What really got me was that Jania (our server) never took our dirty plates of the table. She brought the check, came back a few minutes later to process the pmt, brought it back again...but NEVER picked Any of our plates off of our table. Please train your wait staff to serve the guests that they are waiting on. My son paid the tab and still left over 20% gratuity. We hungout for a while after paying the tab to visit, but Jania never came back to remove our dirty plates. Yes, I'm going on about for a bit. Any restaurant establishment is only as good as thepeople that work for them. Be it a mom and pop owned restaurant or a 4-5 star establishment. Will I come back to this location...No, not now. Minimal expectations walking in....less than minimal results except for the quality of the food and atmosphere. Too bad as the cost of the owners investment in this location looks pretty expensive. I ordered my lunch online and went straight to the restaurant about 5 minutes away by car. The staff was pleasant. I paid for my food and waited in the van for my co-worker to pay for his food. As I waited I looked into my bag to inspect my lunch and eat a few fries. The fries were hard and lukewarm at best. I go back in and ask for fresher fries which they obliged by taking my entire lunch back and putting the "fresh fries" in my clamshell. After returning to the office to eat; the parmesan garlic chicken nuggets were obviously not fried to order. They were dry and barely warm as well. Every time I've gone to BWW this has been the case whether dining in or carry out. I think they cook everything in bulk and its never fresh or hot when it reaches the table. In my dine-in experiences bone-in wings are never cooked to order and always seem like they're been sitting under a heat lamp and brought out to the table. I will not go to another BWW again; food is just not done right and is...
