My family has been a faithful patron of this location for over 10 years. I have seen this store on some of its best days and some of its worst understaffed days. The one constant is that the store employees have always been fast and friendly. Tonight was the exception. According to the pizza tracker, Jennifer supposedly started making my pizza at 9:31pm. I got to the store at approx 9:50pm to pick up my order. It was not ready. The gentleman in front of me had something wrong with his order. Jennifer acknowledges me but continued working. 5 minutes later another employee took my payment and then left. Several customers came in and out. At one point when I thought surely my 3 pizzas were coming out of the oven, Jennifer dropped 1 on the floor. How wrong I was to think that was my pizza. Jennifer never acknowledged me again. After yet another customer came in and left with his pizza, I stopped another employee who also failed to acknowledge me. He said he didn’t see my pizzas and had the nerve to ask if I was at the right store. Jennifer told him to find my pizza box stickers that she just printed. According to the tracker, all 3 of my pizzas did not go into the oven until 10:14pm. When my pizzas were finally ready at 10:20pm, Jennifer handed me my pizzas and didn’t so much as say thank you. She didn’t offer a refund or even a coupon or a free appetizer or soda for my inconvenience. She just turned away. This was 50 min after I placed my online order and it was being prepared, 30 minutes after I walked in the store, and 25vminutes after I paid. Read moreOrder #1231 was placed online at 4:56pm and was given an estimate time of being ready at 5:08pm-5:18pm. I arrived at the store at 5:12pm and was told by the nice guy at register that my order would take an additional 20mins. When I questioned why after I was given an estimated time online of 5:08pm-5:18pm he went over to another guy working the table and asked if he go ahead and make my order. The rude lady who was pressing out the dough, loudly and aggressively questioned what was he asking the other guy in which he responded that he was trying to get him to go ahead and make the order. She rolled her eyes and stated in a frustrated tone that she was currently making it. He came back to me to reiterate what she said and I questioned how long would it take. He then asked her twice how long it would take and she blatantly ignored him while rolling her eyes. I then asked him to cancel the order, in which she FINALLY responds and says, "Yeah cancel the order." This is NOT good customer service ESPECIALLY if you are open to the public eye. I am understanding that they may have been behind on orders, however, the attitude from the dough presser was NOT called for at all. It is not my problem if you are having a bad day, or frustrated that you are behind ESPECIALLY when I pleasantly asked ALL of my questions and pleasantly cancelled my order as well. Read moreI have no idea what was going on with this location but they did a terrible job. At this moment, I am waiting for my pizza. I ordered it at 8:08pm. It went into quality check at 8:19pm. Then it left for delivery at 9:06pm. It is currently 9:26pm.
I called the store but they did not answer. They did not call me, text me, or send an email. They gave no effort to explain this delay.
I've had Dominoe's managers in the past give a quick call explaining that there would be a delay. I've waited over an hour before. I get it. But no call? No explanation? Also, the fact that other customers have made this same exact complaint illustrates to me that perhaps this is usual service for them. I wish I could explain what the issue was, but I can't. All I know is that I've waited for 90 minutes now, with no explanation. I can only wonder what the quality of my pizza will be.
I would not order your pizza here. This is unacceptable. They should not be able to repeat this kind of service.
Updated: I've uploaded two different photos so that you can see the difference between what i got from them, and what I usually get from other dominoes pizza places. (The first 3 photos are from this place, and the last two are from another place. It's a bit hard to see the bad quality of the pizza itself but the breadsticks are pretty clear.)
