This restaurant has been in business on the Parkway East for about 4 months. I've noticed when customers order their food and I've noticed that when the workers are getting the containers to put the mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese and coleslaw it, I've noticed that the workers no longer uses those plastic food gloves and that the workers when they was about to put the food into the containers I've noticed that they were sticking their fingers inside the containers where the food go into, these stores should have these workers wearing those plastic food gloves, hair nets and make sure that they wash their hands after they come back into the work station of the restaurant before they start serving food. I also saw a young lady using her cell phone by texting someone and after she got through she went right back to putting food into the containers for a customer, which is not good. Managers, I suggest you all make some type of changes for the better and for the publics safety, because if anyone gets sick from eating their that would be a big lawsuit on you all hands. So, what is being said is have your employees to wear gloves and hair nets, it was being done during the Covid 19, so what happened, the restaurants don't care anymore? And one more thing before I forget to mention is that I had to spend approximately 15 minutes before I was actually waited on, and I noticed that they had only one cashier was working the cash register and also preparing the orders, I think they didn't have enough workers working. Come on Jack's restaurant, you're starting off...

Read moreTerrible service. Don't go inside. If you do, you'll be there forever. The employees only mostly pay attention to the people outside, AND you'll be standing there for so long your legs will begin to hurt. And the drive thru isn't any better. Once, we was in the drive thru, when we got to the ordering booth, the employee made us think they were talking to us, when in actuality she was talking to another person in a different drive thru. Another time was recent. We wanted to get the holiday deal, with included cheeseburger, 3 piece tenders, etc. We ordered it, and pulled up expecting out meal. But, the employee said it wasn't ready so, we had to pull over and wait. When we checked the bill and finally got our food, we didn't see the cheeseburger. So, we had to go inside, the employee lied saying we read it incorrectly, so we had to leave with our incorrect order. So, in summary DO NOT EAT AT...
