This was horrible. I had miso ramen and it tasted like bile and vinegar. I have had miso many places and eat it regularly and I can tell you with absolute certainty there is no miso in this ramen. It was revolting. The eggs in the ramen were not ramen eggs and we're instead just boiled eggs that had not been marinated in soy or mirin. The menu says they have a "tonkotsu shio" ramen which makes no sense because that's two completely different types of ramen. The price was very expensive too. $18 for ramen and a glass of water. There's nothing authentic about this place. The server was rude and did not want to answer questions about the menu. This just feels like a pop-up place trying to be trendy Japanese food when I don't think anyone working here has eaten Japanese food. It wouldn't even be so bad if it was just an imitation but still tasted good, but this place was horrible. Go to Ikko in 5 points for something that at least...
