Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Birmingham

I ordered (carry out) the new Cheesy Bites Pizza, with extra pepperoni for lunch on my work break. My Boss went to pick it up. First strike, they didn’t brush the cheesy bites/crust with the garlic butter stuff that’s clearly shown in the advertisement which was a huge let down because they were so bland and awful. Absolutely no flavor and almost no cheese inside of them. Second strike, they left off the extra pepperonis we paid over FIVE extra dollars for. An even bigger let down. Literally the cost was $12 and some change before adding extra pepperoni, then went up to $20 and some change after adding the extra pepperoni, only for them to NOT put it on the pizza. And lastly the third strike, my Boss said the staff working were unbelievably unpleasant and unprofessional. He said it was the worst customer service he had received in a long time. The man working the counter behaved in an irritated manner, took his money and then got an attitude because he forgot he hadn’t even given my boss the pizza yet, and looked at at him crazy for standing there and waiting on the pizza. He tried to say he already gave it to him, as he’s standing there empty handed. Facepalm He realized his mistake and finally handed him the pizza, in an irritated and inconvenienced manner. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Needless to say, we will not be back to or ordering from that location. If the leftover excuse of a pizza is still in work fridge tomorrow, I’ll update...

Not one to usually complain but today was ridiculous.I ordered my personal pan pizza at 11:39 (because it usually takes awhile anyways). Went to the store by 12:30. Stood in line until 1:05. The things I saw while standing in line was…. No communication, no leadership, and no organization. I walked into chaos. The manager was rude from the get go stating to customers he would not give refunds and turning his back around and not caring about his staff or customers. I understand he was working but managing the situation would have been more understandable in that moment. The guys making pizza’s wore NO GLOVES what so ever, one of the pizzas makers stood over there and made remarks about the customers who had an attitude about waiting over an hour for their pizza.I understand they are only making pizzas/ food and the scene is frustrating them but at this point it is out of line. The girl at the front desk was cussed out and still held her composure, which in its self is appreciated. She also was attempting to bring some organization to this chaos. Her other staff members did nothing to help her. I understand it was busy but maybe someone to give direction during the chaos would ultimately benefit what happened today. It was sad to watch and even more...

Only gettin 2stars bc the 2 lady workers were nice. Saturday 9/28/2024 I online ordered a melt box at 545/6pm b4 bama fball played at 630. Get to store abt 10 mins later, big crowd. I paid and was tld by a girl, u have 4 orders in front of u, it may be 30 mins. I say OK and sit down. (As long as I'm home b4 bama starts)

Needless to say I missed the whole 1st half. And half of the 3rd qtr. The GM, Prince, was rude. Not only to me but to many other customers. Was tellin ppl who had been standing there over an hour "your food is still in the oven." (IF MY LIL MELT HAS BEEN N THE OVEN OVER AN HOUR, I DO NOT WANT IT LOL)

Total mess. The girl shld be runnin the place. Not him. I didn't get her name. But that night in particular im guessing her voice was shot. She spoke very quietly. That girl waaay more competent than prince.

Prince shld be praying lucky as heck someone letting him have that title
