QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Birmingham

Dissatisfied & Disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a steak bowl & was underwhelmed. I paid 15 for a half of scoop rice, a handful of lettuce, & about 8 pieces of steak. When I complained about the portion size I was met with a nasty attitude from a woman named Sodie who stated . When I inquired about the catering (just to have the info)I was informed that they weren't doing catering right now despite it being advertised. Did the Chicken quesadilla, the chicken tasted nice the tortilla is large and the workers were nice all around. The inside looked amazing and well kept. The soda fountain wasn't flat like some restaurants. The amount of food will fill you up. The only oversight I"ve notice is when they transfer the quesadilla to my to go plate they didn't put a paper to prevent the quesadilla to stick. The chicken is seasoned. Do not order delivery. I have never had as big of a disaster from ordering delivery then I did today. I was given an empty cup as a drink and half my order was completely wrong and missing components. I was given a link to track my order though Door Dash with a phone number to call where they asked what kind of Medicare I wanted. I tried calling the store directly but with no answer. I stepped away from my phone for a minute and they attempted to call me but I missed the call. Just hope the in restaurant service is better than what I got...
