There are several cities that come to my mind when I consider a quality cappuccino. This week I find myself exploring Birmingham Alabama, where I mapped my way to Prevail Union coffee.
The atmosphere was a bit dry, but it was what one might expect for an office tower location. By contrast, I found the service to be warm and inviting.
The cappuccino I found to be a pleasant surprise. The cliche terms would be bold and robust. I would define it as welcoming, and a great way to start our self guided civil rights walk.
Just a touch on the dry side, the finish and flavor was on point. The vintage pink serving glass was a fine touch, and something I didn’t expect.

Noticed there were allot of coffee shops here than in any city I’ve been to which made it hard to decide on which one I liked to visit more but something about the atmosphere caught my attention. It was quite which made it easier to work. The environment even though it was quiet it felt inviting.
