Phillip Forstall, Owner, greeted me and my wife with open arms when we walked in unannounced one day. We needed to stretch a large (~5' X 8'), fine oil canvas onto a frame and we weren't sure where to have it done. We found Forstall on Google. We went to right place.

After talking art and artists for a bit, Phillip shared with us his insights about our piece and then explained how he would stretch such a canvas onto a frame that he would custom-build. Phillip's expertise was immediately apparent. My wife and I knew we were in good hands. The result speaks for itself. The canvas is perfectly stretched and the frame is solid - a professional display. Phillip even connected us with a local reputable fine art service qualified to install such a piece, and the work is now the centerpiece of our home.

Great variety and selection for my art student, however I will take my business elsewhere after my initial contact, with who I am assuming was the store owner, was to tell my children to go find and stay by their parents. We literally had walked in the door and my son was in the next aisle. Didn’t even have time to touch anything. I have raised my children to have manners and not go touching everything in site, at a store. But these aren’t toddlers we are speaking of either, 12 y.o. I am also not a parent who allows my children to run amok in a store and not pay attention to them. BUT you never even gave us a chance to show you that.
