The place was very clean. My order was correct and they came out in a timely manner. My mother had an open heart surgery so we were at the hospital all day. I visited the Starbucks twice that day both times my order was a 10 out of 10 perfect could not complain. The staff the first go around was friendly. Greeted me told me to have a great day made sure they handed off the correct order. It was lovely so lovely. In fact, I decided to go back a second time man that was kind of a mistake. Restaurant was still clean. Order was still correct. Did have to wait a few minutes, but I expected it being a Starbucks instead of hospital as I did the first time I ordered three cookies for my children and a drink for myself as Iām standing there waiting for my mobile order I hear an employee thatās making my cookies. Say oh my God someone just ordered three cookies. Iām not sure if she knew that the person that ordered the cookies was standing in front of her, but maybe I was just super sensitive that day because of the occasion it did make me not want to go back to the location moral of the story is I wish I couldāve gave five stars but even though fast food is stressful and trying to the nerves, Iāve done it. You still need to be mindful what you say because you are working with the public and the person that ordered the three cookies could be going through a hard time and standing right in front of you. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe coffee was only okay. The experience though was INSANE! They only had a couple people working. However, they only had one or two other customers (who didnāt order much). It took 45mins for my mom to get her coffee! Once they FINALLY made it, they placed it to the side out of reach. When my mom asked if she could have her coffee (very nicely!) the woman got pissy and told her sheād get to it in a second (currently not busy). She waited a min and then asked what the name for her order was and my mom had had all the B.S. at that time and lost her cool because of the (nearly an hour) long wait and the horrible horrible attitude she was getting. She got mad and said āItās Katie and itās right there!ā. This was no question to begin with because at that point she was the only person it could be! Literally the WORST experience Iāve ever had at Starbucks!!! We will NEVER go back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe little boy at the cash register couldnt believe i want a plain medium cup of coffee. Nothing in it. Just black. I asked him to give me 2 splenda packs and some cream. So he proceeds to add the splenda and cream. I stopped him and said i didnt ask him to do that. I said i wanted it plain. I would add those as i wanted. So he throws that cup away. Hands me an overful spilling over hot black cup of coffee. I had to pour out some to even add cream because it was running over, then had to use alot of napkins to clean up the spilled coffee . So that 3.25 cup of coffee, probably cost then .50 with the cup, cream, splenda, and the 15 napkins i used really cost them a customer. I know good help is hard to find, but they need to re evaluate who they let deal with customers. I still cant believe they charge 3.25 for a cup of plain...
