I’ve been a loyal customer here for many years, but my recent visits have convinced me to take my business elsewhere. What was once a fun, energetic spot has steadily declined into a disappointing, almost unrecognizable experience.
Quality of the Food: • Wings arrive stiff, overcooked, and virtually meatless—often more batter than actual chicken. • Sauces are haphazardly applied, leaving some wings drenched while others are embarrassingly dry. • Sides and condiments frequently go missing or are thrown into the bag with zero care when ordering online.
Service & Atmosphere: • No host at the entrance during peak hours—customers are left wandering and waiting in the lobby for extended periods. • Staff appear disengaged and disinterested, as though serving you is a personal inconvenience. • Requests for simple things like refills are met with impatience or outright annoyance.
Unprofessional Behavior: • I’ve witnessed employees smoking vapes and cigarettes by the dumpster outside—and the smell has even infiltrated the dining room. • During one visit, a visibly frustrated staff member punched a wall in the kitchen, startling customers throughout the restaurant.
Online Ordering Nightmare: • Nine times out of ten, orders arrive incorrect, incomplete, or carelessly packed. • On my last order, a manager kindly offered a $20 gift card—which turned out to have zero balance when I tried to redeem it elsewhere. Returning to the restaurant for clarification was met with rudeness and flat refusal to help.

Read moreI rarely take the time to leave a review but I was completely shocked by the treatment that we received from Amanda (our server) on Sunday afternoon. We arrived just before the NFL games were starting and it was not busy at all with plenty of empty tables throughout. There was a group sitting a couple tables across from us had asked our server (Amanda) to change a tv to a different game and she happily accommodated their request. A few moments later, we realized that nobody was watching the Bengals/Browns game on the TV next to us so we got Amanda's attention and my friend began to ask, "If it's not a problem and nobody is watching this game..." before he could finish, she cut him off and threw her hands up in the "just stop" position and said "All the TVs are set and we can't change them". She didn't say it in the nicest way but whatever, we don't need to be babied so we just shrugged it off. Then about 5 minutes later, the table next to us asked Amanda if she could change a TV for the Vikings game and without even thinking, she shouted at an employee behind the bar and SNAP! changed the TV per their request. Mind you the Vikings game was on about 30 of the 50 TVs in the place so it wasn't like the table couldn't see the Vikings game. Nonetheless, Amanda didn't even let us finish our sentence to see which game we wanted to see but even worse, proceeded to change TVs for other tables before and after we asked. We had just sat down and ordered a round of beers so it wasn't a case of us doing something that would warrant this poor treatment; for example, being drunk, rude, loud, needy, etc. Needless to say, we finished our beers, paid our tab, and left for A&B Pizza where the service, food, sports, and atmosphere...
Read moreIn Arvada,Co. BW3’s is the best! In Bismarck, ND. Not so much, at least this BW3’s have some issues. My online order wasn’t received and I had 3 girls ask me if I was at the wrong one, hope we determined I was at the correct one and they all just left me high and dry. I paid $70 plus a tip and not one person would see that I got my order until good ole’ Amanda came by who actually was my bartender the day before when we went in for some beers. She made sure our order was placed.. I talked to Kristen the manager about her staff just running off as soon as we they determined I was at the right BW3’s all I got from Kristen was the top of her head because she absolutely didn’t want to talk to me. I just hope I don’t get spit on my wings! No very professional, helpful, but have no problem taking your money and tip in advance. She said the staff was all new, I’m not sure they are being managed well or trained for customer service. Also visited the BW’s on the north side and Jade is killing it there! Maybe send Kristen to shadow her and get some management ideas and skills … that’s actually very helpful for her.
Opened my takeout when we got to our destination and honestly, I cant make this up… I paid for and ordered 30 wings got 20! I ordered the carrot and celery … nope none! My mistake, should have checked my order after that whole mess! I guess lessons are not cheap!!! Not worth my time or energy trying to make this right with that...
