Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Bismarck

The concept of this place is a great idea to me I just have a few issues. First of all when I walked in over the last three trips I was greeted by a polite well kept individual each time. I have read the reviews here and some persons have had a bad experience which I can not share that experience. The restaurant was clean as well as the men's bathroom.

Now my problems with this place are all from the execution of the line and pass. The steak as you can see has been cut down to bits then overcooked badly. There is no flavor there once so ever with the obvious dry bland texture. Maybe I should have asked for the steak to not be over well done but fair enough some people like there steak to be burnt.

Second the noodles were also overcooked which is just annoying from a place called Noodles and Company.

Third, the person at the pass was not using any measuring cup for seasoning, garish, etc which I believe should happen from a publicly traded company like this I cant see why they dont.

Forth, the cooks there were not wearing a beard net which is a violation according to Bismarck city code.

If anyone from this company is reading this please replace management at this location it is failing terribly put an ad on Bisman for a manger which I will apply for.

I love the concept and the dishes here so much...

Ordered what I always order, penne Rosa with Parmesan chicken. However as you can see in the photo attached my pasta has no Parmesan chicken. I asked to get the chicken and he said “okay, you can go sit down” so me and my friend who also had the issue sat down and waited for our chicken while our food got cold because we wanted to enjoy it all on the same fork in one bite. We waited for a long duration of minutes until we realized they had to intent to give us our chicken and we were left chickenless. We once again went up to ask, and although I know I ordered the chicken worker claimed “it wasn’t rung up” and he didn’t hear so the chef with the ponytail in his beard said he couldn’t give us our chicken. I love this place truly, great place for lunch, but after this, I don’t think I can ever come here again without doubt. Me and my friend were proteinless for our volleyball tournament, and frankly we were scammed. We lost trust in you...

I was excited to try this. Took my friend & my kiddo there to eat. Chairs were so uncomfortable and they felt like they were going to break when you sat in them. I ordered the spicy beef Korean noodles, my friend ordered Alfredo, & my kiddo got some spaghetti. We also got potstickers and a side of mac n cheese. The potstickers were cold & gummy so we didn't even eat them all. Icky. And I have had potstickers before at different places and liked them. Neither my friend nor I ate more than half of our meal. It made us both feel sick. My kiddo refused to eat her spaghetti, only the meatballs. The mac n cheese was good but that is it. I will not be eating there again. It is the next day that I am writing this review. Both my friend and I have had very sick stomachs today along with all of last night too. What a disappointment...
