Hardee’s — Restaurant in Bismarck

If I could give 0 star or negative stars I would. Went there to order food and there was some automated system asking for my order over and over. Wasn’t sure if I was supposed to order or not. Nobody else said anything so I started to order a guy jump on the microphone stating they’re not ready to take my order, so confusing, considering this automated chick kept asking for my order. Then they told me to order I started ordering and they couldn’t hear anything I was saying so I started talking loudly into the microphone. They still couldn’t hear me I had to repeat myself several times. they told me I needed to stop yelling at them or They were gonna refuse to take my order. Which was so strange to me because it seemed as though they couldn’t hear me because they kept asking me questions I just answered. I simply explained to them. I was only trying to talk loudly so they could hear me. They said I was yelling rudely. I said I’m not sure how to talk loudly without possibly sounding rude, I ordered the BLT Frisco burger they told me several times that all the burgers were Angus which one did I want? I ordered the BLT Frisco burger I told them. Then they told me they were no longer serving me. I will never go back. I suggest nobody goes there. I was simply trying to get my lunch on my lunch break and take my kids lunch. Also turned into the worst...

Went thru the drivethru this morning & the robot asked if I was using the app. I said no & it asked for my order, which I gave. Then there was silence for a moment then the robot said something about service or the window, I don't even know what exactly. But I took it to mean to pull ahead so I did. When I got to the wondow, the woman looked at me with a dirty look & like I didn't belong there. She then came to the window & r rudely said that I didn't order at the board & needed to go back. I politely told her that I did give my order & it answered me. Then the worker could of just as well called me a liar cuz then she said, "No you didn't & nothing was said back to u & u drove on thru. Then I was upset. I denied it & repeated what I had already told her. Then she rudely asked what I wanted & wasn't nice about it whatsoever. I have never been treated like that b4! If I didn't like the breakfast so much there, I would never go back. It's bad enough as it is to talk to that stupid robot & don't know why it can't just b a real person. I hate that. That thing can never get it right. I have always like Hardee's & have never had a problem til this rude mean lady & that ai robot! It'll b a long time til I can bring myself to go...

My wife grew up in Virginia with Hardee’s so whenever we travel we look for Hardee’s or Carl’s Jr for her beloved biscuits and gravy. She was excited to see there was one in Bismarck and the breakfast (I don’t eat biscuits and gravy) was great for both of us. Employees not only showed up for work on time (we routinely experience restaurants closed early morning when they’re supposed to be open) but the breakfast was hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean and as we ate the employees were all working hard to get the restaurant ready for the day! Refreshing to see doors unlocked upon the restaurant opening, friendly staff, hot and great food plus employees caring about getting the restaurant ready for the day! So happy to see their commitment to their jobs that I felt the need to leave a review. You guys are awesome and deserve it (direct quote from my wife) and we’ll be having breakfast again there tomorrow!
