Read moreI ordered a sandwich to be delivered at 3:50 PM on Saturday. I received an update that my order was finished around 3:55 or so. I then received no updates until 4:50. I eventually called and learned that "Oh yeah, we don't have any delivery drivers today and we will have to find a 3rd party to deliver it, let me put you on hold" and then the person hung up on me and I received a text stating that my order was out for delivery. I called back and the person who answered sounded absolutely blitzed and said "Oh yeah, your sandwich is out for delivery now man"
So my sandwich spent over an hour sitting on a shelf because the employee completely FORGOT to find someone to deliver it. Whoever owns this franchise, you probably should do some drug testing or figure out why food is sitting out for literal hours before your employees...
Read moreI placed an order with Jimmy John’s at 4:17 PM—by 5:18 PM, it still hadn’t arrived. They didn’t even send it to Uber Eats until 45 minutes later, and when the driver finally got it, they drove right past my location to deliver another order first. So much for “freaky fast.”
To make it worse, I asked for a refund because I’m now unavailable to eat during my break—$20 completely wasted.
