There was an issue with our number 14 bootleggers club, It's supposed to come with turkey but we got none, We already made it home so we're obviously not going to go back, Contact the store speak to the manager Logan, States that we can come back right away and get new sandwich, Tell him we can't that day will come back tomorrow, We come back tomorrow and then he says we have to Website to lodge a complaint to get our Money back, All I wanted Was replacement sandwiches, But since we had to come back, I asked if we can get new sodas and chips which he said no Previous day, I feel that's absolutely ridiculous, We got 4 bootleggers clubs, All were 12" with No lettuce or tomato, I believe it's absolutely ridiculous that I have to do this, when I could work with the manager at the store, I'm definitely writing a negative review, I don't appreciate it being lied to by Logan the manager. Other than I want our meals replaced In their entirety, I want the manager to get a talk to about how he talks to and treats customers, As well as a $50 gift card, So we get to go back to the restaurant and get our meals completely replaced, And $50 gift card. I ordered a sandwich to be delivered at 3:50 PM on Saturday. I received an update that my order was finished around 3:55 or so. I then received no updates until 4:50. I eventually called and learned that "Oh yeah, we don't have any delivery drivers today and we will have to find a 3rd party to deliver it, let me put you on hold" and then the person hung up on me and I received a text stating that my order was out for delivery. I called back and the person who answered sounded absolutely blitzed and said "Oh yeah, your sandwich is out for delivery now man"

So my sandwich spent over an hour sitting on a shelf because the employee completely FORGOT to find someone to deliver it. Whoever owns this franchise, you probably should do some drug testing or figure out why food is sitting out for literal hours before your employees...

I placed an order with Jimmy John’s at 4:17 PM—by 5:18 PM, it still hadn’t arrived. They didn’t even send it to Uber Eats until 45 minutes later, and when the driver finally got it, they drove right past my location to deliver another order first. So much for “freaky fast.”

To make it worse, I asked for a refund because I’m now unavailable to eat during my break—$20 completely wasted. Between the slow prep, poor coordination, and lack of urgency, this was a total failure in service. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.
