Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Bismarck

They forget something EVERY time I order. It seems to be getting worse with each time I make an order. It took over an hour and a half to get an order I placed online with no attempt by them to make things right. This time… I am positive their delivery driver was smoking a cigarette, with me and my children’s food in the car, on the way to deliver our order. He reeked of smoke when he came to our door. Not okay. None of the condiments were brought that were requested. They didn’t even bother to put our food into a bag, no napkins. He just handed them to me one by one out of a box, having me pile them in my arms. I am just disgusted. I will stick with other sandwich shops...

The manager has no problem solving or people skills. Dude told me I can't add turkey to a #1 slim. I told him I wanted something a kid could eat. He stated the only way I could get a ham n turkey was to get a #11. I tried to explain to him that made absolutely no sense but he just got defensive and argumentive. For the sake of not causing a scene I got the #11. Now my kids eating a mess of sandwich that's falling apart on him. This isn't the first time I've seen this manager have issues with customers. I stopped in before the lunch rush to eat. I walk in and saw no one prepping food wearing a mask. At least the person taking orders had one covering their chin. At a time when covid numbers are spiking and this state is blowing up frankly I thought this was pathetic and shows a complete lack of concern regardless of your own personal opinions. Even worse is I am not the first with this complaint at this location. If you are not wearing a mask you clearly don't care about protecting others which means you don't care about your customers.
