Kirkwood Mall — Local services in Bismarck

Have a talk with your Francescas Store. This is unacceptable to be treating your guests this way. Especially after my sister just dropped a few grand on her bridal dress and few stores down from their & we bought a bunch of stuff from H&M too. I am Very Very disappointed! I've been buying my daughters dresses here since she was in 5th grade. So the past 4 years. Tonight my mother brought my daughter there to purchase a dress she seen in the window earlier today at Francescas. We were at the mall at another store with my sister she was shopping for her bridal dress. My mom brought my daughter back to go shop at Francescas because she came out of town and wanted to take my teen shopping at her favorite store. And this old lady that worked there told the clerk to keep an eye on my mom and daughter. What kind of bull crap is that? My mom confronted her and she said that wasn't what she meant and kept apologizing. I think from now on we will do our Francesca's shopping online. You don't treat your customer like that. My family and I got caught in the path of the ridiculous mess of the not peaceful protesters. My 8yr old neice had to witness them getting arrested and some actions were pretty scary for a little person. So one thank you to the police who had everything under control and removed the protesters I felt very safe. And once the commotion was over a police officer came over and spoke to my neice to calm her down and make her feel safe❤ so a huge thank you to whom ever you maybe kind hearted sir! And last but not least the wonderful staff at Kay's Jewelry a dark hair gal took us under her wing while all this was going down and she was so sweet and kind to us and when my neice became upset she tried her very best to cheer her up by giving her a stuffed puppy and a candy cane❤ she was amazing and went above and beyond! This mall is tiny. Maybe it's the city girl in me, but even the small malls I'm used to seem gigantic compared to this one. It has a decent variety of stores, though I have never heard of some of the department stores. It's probably because I'm coming from the east instead of the west. There is very little in the way of food. I mean, going to the mall usually means spending half the day there and you have to eat. Well, good luck with that. The kids areas are pretty chaotic and it's gross to see kids with no socks. Then Target...omgawd! Who fracking idea was it to put a Target in a mall. Good luck finding parking and getting anywhere in the parking lot faster than 10 minutes. Speaking of, the parking lot is awful.

Overall, I really dislike this mall. I avoid it at all costs. You can walk the whole thing in less than 15 minutes...and that includes window...
