Taco John's — Restaurant in Bismarck

William was just an amazing human being, he understood the needs of the masses and was there to fulfill them. My young child looked up to William during our quest through their country TJ. Queen Chelsie often was there to show us the magical ways of donut bites and churros. And teach us in the old ways of the "Real Tacos" As our time continued on in TJ we were confronted by a new evil.

It was the Noid from Dominos!! The Noid suspected that the great followers of TJs had discovered the ways of the TP. The TP was a very mystical object and was always looked upon with envy. Had been known to cause fights within families over the last piece.

But alas!

Our hero enters the story! Daniel was a young man what he lacked in wisdom and years he made up with courage!.

Oh yeah. Food was good, Disclaimer I...

11:40 am thursday may 8th.

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes while kitchen staff kept looking at me, not acknowledging me. Not even a 'someone will be right with you'. This would've been fine on it's own.

But it probably would've been better had my food not been sitting on the counter for an extra 5-10 minutes getting cold. Meanwhile everyone else after me got their food because they put the wrong name on my order, and refused to say what the order was when calling the customers name. Just walked around the restaurant saying 'dale? Dale? Are you dale? Where's dale?' My name is far from Dale.

I would've piped up had someone simply listed what the order was.

Staff...

This place has just gone down hill.... between the food quality and poor customer service... I don't know what's worse. Whomever runs or manages this location needs to take a deeper look into the candidate pool and who's working here. On the weekends, this place just takes a swan dive in driving their business. I wish I could get a refund for being the only customer in line for almost 15mins just to get $21 worth of nasty food with 3 of my 4 burritos not being closed on at least 1 end..... I'm done wasting money here because this is the 3rd time I've received this type of poor customer service. Good luck to those who have better...
