Tacos up — Restaurant in Bismarck

Amazing tacos. Choices between beef, pork or chicken. I had the pork and they were so good. I only got one to try and the owner was right when he said it wouldn't be enough lol. The tacos were also boxed perfectly to go. He had the tacos lined with foil, and on top of that all the extras (sauces, lime, other toppings) also lined with foil. Its hard to come by to go food that is conveniently packaged. The tacos werent messy ag all and even when eating them, we all know how tacos can be so messy but these all stayed together and no meat or toppings fell out while eating either. The owners attitude was so upbeat and so friendly, and of course made the best suggestions to help us order. If youre looking for authentic tacos this is the place for you. I almost forgot to mention how affordable too. $5 for a authentic taco is just unheard of. Its safe to say we were happy customers and will recommend to anyone! We will definitely be back and if you spot this lil gem anywhere you should definitely check...

We randomly stopped by Tacos Up literally right after getting married and were still in our wedding clothes. Alberto helped take our order and was so incredibly kind and happy for us and had so many kind congratulations for us. Even if the food was awful (spoiler alert: it wasn't) it would have been worth it just for that alone!

But the tacos... Oh the tacos! Sooooooo good. I tried each meat option, and they were all so flavorful and tender and juicy. Don't sleep on the chicken either. Sometimes it can be kind of mid on Mexican food, but it was maybe my favorite of the 4 options! Also the portions are very generous and I'm super full after 3 tacos.

All in all I'm so glad we randomly stopped and I'll be visiting...

I had the best lunch experience today with Tacos up! The staff was all so kind and welcoming and friendly! The tacos were delicious and came out very quickly! I love that they have all the toppings out front for you to add what you want to make it the perfect taco for you. They also have little seating areas with shade which is so nice. I ended up sitting with a an older gentleman who is in town visiting family and chatting about our lives. I felt like I met and connected with the staff and that man over my short lunch break. It was honestly a beautiful experience. I will definitely be...
